Doubtful, the vast majority shit all over Zelda II, I’m one of the very few who praise it. Even Nintendo hates it.

TLDR, they’re having a costume contest, and because CE was so well received, they are planning a final season to add 5 more characters 3 more stages.
I think part of it has to do with the virus. Kinda killed all the events so they can add more stuff instead of just letting it rock like they said they would.

Yeah things were clearly set for this to be SFVs last year on the CPT. This was the first year in which the champion wasn’t getting an automatic spot in next years Capcom Cup.
Edit: Just remembered that Ono wanted SFV to have more characters than SFIV. This will give SFV a bigger roster by one character.

It’s from back in the days when companies didn’t know how to do a sequel to games.
Still Zelda 2 is a nice change up and introduced some series staples.

I remember that SFV sold 400k in the last quarter going from 4.1 to 4.5 million copies. Thats pretty good for a 4 year old fighting game.

Not gonna lie…forgot this game was a thing this year for a moment.
If they let Ingrid in, make her the final boss. She is a literal god in SF lore so make her live up to her title. She needs to be deliberately SNK boss style broken
