I have a feeling we were going to see something during the E3 Nintendo Direct. Which while Nintendo has told 2nd party, 3rd party developers, etc to not expect a Direct until end of September at the earliest they also told them they should start sharing their upcoming content if they feel it’s ready enough to

…it just hit me that there’s been a few releases of DLC content for Borderlands 3… but no new playable characters. A new character would do much more to fire up my interest again.
…well, only 5 more hours 'til the misery of another hellish work day begins once more; at least I have a 3-day weekend here… more Doom, Warhammer and Diablo 3 good times to keep me from going fully off the deep end.

Time disappears when playing Dragon’s Crown, damn. Played till 2 without realizing it. I picked it up a few weeks ago on sale and there’s way more to it than I ever thought. Didn’t know how real shit got after Infernal difficulty. Learned more advanced tech from videos of people still playing it to this day that legitimately reached floor 25000+ of the endgame dungeon. It’s more addictive then ever now. I thought staying in the air with elf doing charge shots was sick and was the peak of technique back then, but they doing charged upshot cancelled directly into running clone strikes (no evades in-between), shotgunning 10+ arrows into enemies in the span of a second and showed how useful lore actually is. Also, I never played Sorceress because I thought her DPS was garbage, but they buffed aerial horizontal ice shot ridiculously and I learned about other moves like run-cancelled up-magic so she can shit out multiple tornadoes or fire columns all over a small area in seconds. She’s my favorite character now. DPS still isn’t as good as the others but can definitely hold her own even without spells. This game keeps on giving nearly a decade after release and looks better than ever. Wish I had a Pro so I can see it in 4K glory.
