Probably has more to do with Warner, their parent company using music they have rights to than NRS wanting it in the game.
Itās why at so many of the MK Pro tours or whatever theyāre called youād see a Roadrunner Records banner at the commentary booth and listed as a sponsor. Roadrunner is owned by Warner

Has anyone played this? Iām not the biggest fps guy, but I still play CSGO here and there. Valorant doesnāt seem like anything special, but Iām sure Riot will market the hell out of it to make sure it stays popular.

Yāall want the most egregious example of GaaS.
So I occasionally dabble in sim racing, usually running Assetto when my wheel isnāt acting up.
The game Iām referring to however, is iRacing, which is basically the top sim that even pro-drivers use and boy is it expensive.
The thing is, aside from having a monthly subscription, you still have to pay for just about everything else. This includes track access, cars, as well as car setups and telemetry for specific tracks.
For example, if you want to race in a 3 month GT3 season youāll have to buy a car ($12), track access ($15 per track, multiplied by up to 12 tracks), which means you can spend up to $200 for the three months.
Before I learned how much it cost, I was tempted to try it, because real life racecar drivers go on it, but after learning how much it actually costs, I realized racecar drivers are on it because theyāre the only ones who can afford it.

Once again, Capcom should take lessons on production value there. (which is odd to say, considering how much they put into EVERYTHING else) That kind of trailer is what happens when you actually put some real effort and care into the overall world, characters and presentation going on there.
hahah at this point the difference is so insaneā¦ itās like comparing Avengers Infinity War to a local public-access tv show that gets 4 viewers a week.
