How the fuck did the Assassin’s Creed franchise exist since 2007 and 13 years later we still don’t have an AC title set in Feudal Japan. You know, the place that actually had assassins and there’s plenty of architecture to climb around and use as means to travel around the city, looking for your target
Heck, Ubisoft even had Feudal Japan as one of the settings in a poll back in like 2012, and yet somehow Japan is the only one from that poll that has not received an Assassin’s Creed game. Russia, China, India, Greece, Italy, Britain, Egypt, France, and now Scandinavia all did on some shape or form

No. The game is based on the naval warfare of Black Flag but it’s not an Ass Creed game.

Last news i heard from that pirate game is that ubisoft left the trademark be lost.
I don’t understand at all the use for 15 studios. How many pieces did they break this game up into delegate out like that? Are we really at that point going into the next gen? Is one of these studios sole purpose JUST for UI or something? Seriously.

Not even being a dick but seriously wondering - are you new here? There are tons of discussions about non-AAA titles in here. I’d argue that more people in here prefer non-AAA titles to AAA titles.

As a developer myself (not games, web apps), from my experience I’d say that having too many hands in the cookie jar is a bad thing for development versus being a good thing.

He’s not even remotely new. He just drifts in and out of srk whenever.
We’ve been talking about pretty much nothing but AAA though in the last months or two. So if he came back after a break I wouldn’t blame him for thinking much.
Drizztz mods consoles a lot so he can play whatever but tends to lean towards older games and indie titles due to replay value and accessibility
