So, I just tried booting up FFXIV for the first time in around six months, and when I enter my info it tells me my account has been deactivated.
I try to log into the Mog Station website, it tells me the same thing.
I try to call customer support, they are closed.
This is really, REALLY starting to piss me off. I got no sort of warning or error message even stating WHY the account has been deactivated, but I’m hoping when I call tommorow that this is all reversible. If it’s not, ya’ll gonna have to put me on suicide watch and anger management at the same time because that’s hundreds of dollars and years of work down the fucking drain.
It’s especially frustrating because I have nothing but fucking problems logging into this game. Every time my sub runs out and I go to login and renew, it logs me out and makes me change my info. This has happened to me at least a dozen times. Not to mention the constant server maintenence that would log me out, or prevent me from logging in in the first place.
I might just say fuck this game forever. I should not be having account issues every single time I come back to this game. As much as I love the game itself, everything surrounding it can be such a fucking headache.
Even then though, would they carry over at base level? Would all of them even carry over? I feel like we have pretty powerful options at the end of the game and I could see power creep being very hard to manage by a 3rd game
Maybe. It’s hard to say honestly. There’s the issue of weapons already being able to reach 6 materia slots and being pretty strong already. And again HP values already reach over 8000. I’ve even done 9999 damage in a single hit already.
This, and unlike the RE2&3 remakes there isn’t a chunk of cut content and missing enemies from what I remember. There are no crows in RE2&3 and no spiders. Dafuq.
The majority of people also seem to prefer the remake over the original, whereas when it comes to RE2&3 it’s really divisive. There are some who enjoy the remakes more and there are some who enjoy the originals more.
It’s also still visually stunning to this day, because of the high quality pre-rendered backgrounds. This is as good as it got before we stopped seeing games use pre-rendered backgrounds. REmake 1 and Onimusha 2 were some of the last games from what I remember, Oni 3 and RE4 went full 3D.
Only mod I want is to be able to edit a save to get to where I was in the original game when I stopped. Atlus really messed up by not having Royal be an expansion to the base P5.
