i literately just finished my 2nd run of final fantasy 13 the controller died on phase 2 of orphan and scared the shit outta me. i still won tho after i put back in some batteries.
Just picked up a Carnevil board for my cabinet. Going to start my multi-JAMMA light gun project in a couple weeks after I get back from vacation and my sonās birthday has passed. I also have Police Trainer on the way and possibly Area 51: Site 4. Working on getting Lethal Enforcers, Zero Point, Point Blank, and maybe Time Crisis. Iāll only be able to hook up 6 at a time though so Iām not getting all of those. 6 max.

The XIII games have enough issues them being low is a given, outside of Lighting looking good each game despite their best attempts (XIII-2 was basically a half finished Tri Ace game with a FFXIII skin) messed the bed in one way or another.
I am mad that these Japanese millennials got XII rated below XIII, despite itās issues that game deserved better and more respect.
All the sad/slow themes are always so popular. I much preferred Someday the Dream Will End over To Zanarkand. I thought that shit was epic asf when I first heard it.

my thoughts after finishing the first 13 game is i liked it better than my first time around thanks to being able to better understand the combat system but i wonāt be revisiting it again. the game starts to overstay its welcome toward the end and that whole final dungeon was cheeks itās filled with mobs harder than the final boss. i remember enjoying 13-2 a whole lot more i guess ill find out soon while i wait for the trails to zero translation to drop.

All the critical bonus stuff and durations in general. Some other things I think, I forget, it was one of the first nerfs. If youāre only using it as a second chance then itās still fine but youād be better off just adding Quick Change and then getting a GS thatāll help more often with better passives

well, I should definitely get my quality time in with double-scythe in Dead Cells asap in case they nerf this shit. The damage you get from this shit can be just SILLY. On a run earlier today the critical on the right-side one was 100k+ something. 
This of course is before you factor in any affixes like ā+100% on Poisoned Enemiesāā¦ I noticed one critical hit I did on an enemy showed 250k damage! hahaha this is ridiculousssssss
I donāt think it needs āfixingā though, because thereās still those little downsides to considerā it is somewhat slow in a game where plenty of enemies have super-fast attacksā¦and it takes up both weapon slots, so you cannot have a shield or anything else equipped with thisā¦just Scythe + your 2 items/powers.
The fight with Giant seems quite awkward with it thoughā¦Iām thinking the Timekeeper may be an easier fight when you have this weapon.

So, I donāt really consider myself a fan of point and click adventure games, period. Despite this, Iām anxiously waiting to play this indie I found called World of Horror.
Itās basically a point and click, rogue-lite horror game? I guess youād say? Itās heavily inspired by Junji Ito and Lovecraft-isms. For the uninitiated: Junji Ito is a Japanese horror manga writer who has created some of the most iconic stories and disturbing imagery in the business:
Iām honestly dying to play this. The artstyle, the almost 1 bit music, just everything about the presentation of this game looks spot on. The cheesy 80ās horror motif it has going was enough for me in itself. I mean, the title screen literally has a waifu shooting a Glock out of a mid-drift Toyota AE86 at an eldritch God. How the fuck can you not want to play this.
Right now the only way to play it is through Steam and PC Game Pass. Itās supposedly getting a PS4 and Switch release but, I have yet to see anything resembling a date. Would make for an unbelievably perfect Switch game.
