Finished Blasphemous today.

There is A LOT of shit in the game that I simply didn’t get. I thought I had more of the game left because of these 2 things that I clearly did not have the ability to use, and thought it was something needed to finish the game. But apparently not. And I have no clue what they are or where to get them.

I don’t think I will go back to the game since I have already finished it though, but awesome game and highly recommended.

What percent?

True ending or bad?

I think like 81%.

I’m guessing it is the “bad” ending but didn’t even know there are multiple ones or how to get them.

I can tell you what unlocks the true ending if you’re interested in ever going back to it. It leaves you at the very last shrine after you beat the final boss, allowing you to go back and collect stuff you missed.

Pretty impressive really, I assume you didn’t get the 3 Gnarled Toungues, which means you couldn’t have found all the Mea Culpa upgrades nor all the max health buffs. Some of those bosses were pretty damn rough for me until I came back after finding more health buffs and statues.

I found 6 Mea Culpa’s I didn’t have the 7th upgrade.

And yeah some of the bosses were definitely tough and some of the save points were kind of frustrating with how you had to trek back to the boss. That would be like my only gripe with the game. And I do wish you could put markers on the map because there was quite a few things I know I wanted to go back to but didn’t remember where they were.

But I was watching the trailer and saw all these special moves they did on bosses that I had already beaten. I only had 4 of the special moves that use the fervour. I had like 20 empty slots. Same with the upgrades you can put on your sword. So many empty spots. I had 3 of them.

The 2 things I am talking about I never got that thought were later on in the game, were…

WHatever turns the red dots into platforms, and whatever you use as like a grappling hook. It was obvious there was stuff that did that but I didn’t have it. Oh and I’m assuming there is something that lets you walk/jump normal in the sticky liquid but I never found that either.

Can somebody please explain the appeal of Animal Crossing? Is the series popular pretty much becaeuse it’s like an ultimate “just chillin” game (other examples being Stardew Valley)?

It’s just a cute, charming “life sim” style game. The beauty of AC has always been the fact that you can play them at your own pace and in your own manner. I would say games like Stardew are a little more “farmy” and “grindy” than the very relaxed style of AC games.

Personally, the appeal to me has always been the real time clock and checking out what’s going on in my town for the day. I can play anywhere between half an hour to several hours. I can talk to the neighbors. I can shop for new house furniture (which rotates with every real day). I can fish, hunt for bugs, fossils and other secrets that might be out there and add them to an actually visible collection at the museum. I can drink a coffee while listening to K. K Rider play a tune at the venue, I can search for treasure, or hell I could take an Axe and chop down every single tree on the island for no reason whatsoever. It’s just a fun, pleasant world to be in and see what a new day can offer you. For once I’d say it’s a game that actually does a good job in making you exercise patience, and seeing the fruits of your labor come to fruition in real time.

Or, you can enjoy it like the other half of people that play these games, and just time travel by fucking with your system clock so you can be a Day 0 millionaire. :man_shrugging:t5:

It’s all up to you, that’s why it’s great.

Lol, I never understood the appeal to Animal Crossing games. Like, I’d rather play Mario or Zelda or Metroid.

Do i need to beat part 1 to get the gist? Nioh 2 looks good

I fucking hate the Murauder and it all comes down to his absolutly horse shit shield and how he only takes damage in specific moments while ignore all others, even god damn BFG shots. He’s an exception to every rule everyone else has to follow and it’s bullshit.

The Murauder grinds the pacing and freedom of encounters to a hault. It’s awful.

I also fucking hate the plarforming, the floating walls suck, but even more so fucking hate the boost rings later in the game.

Other then the Murauder the combats mostly fantastic, but almost everything between it fucking sucks. Why am I doing swimming puzzles in a DOOM game!?!

The changes to ammo and the chainsaw kind of bother me to but that’s more a knit pick then anything.

I like 2016 better. Combats not as insane but the whole game is fun. Too many parts of Eternal where I’m bored or annoyed when not fighting shit.

Nioh 2 is a prequel.

Gameplay-wise nah, N2 is basically just an improvement. Story wise you do miss out how awesome some of the very last missions are but I don’t know if you care about that.

Does Nioh 2 have a demo? I’ll let that be my guide
