They did the original Rage on IDTech 4 yes, but Rage 2 was done by Avalanche Studios in their engine.

Machine Games has done the last couple of Wolfenstein games iirc. They did Wolf 2 and Youngblood.

They still royally messed up Dead Rising and Lost Planet

It’s pretty normal for Sony to still make first party games when nextgen is right around the corner/already launched, not surprised at all. It’s honestly good that tsushima is releasing separately and at a later date - not only would TLOU2 cannibilize the sales, it would also steal all the PR buzz and public talk, plus they’re giving Sucker Punch additional development time. Win-win all around really

It’s strange how Beth is just doing what other pubs are doing, but are more stupid about it. And it’s hilarious. I didn’t think that was possible, but here we are. They’re offering less game and trying to charge you more, just like the others. They’re introducing problems they sell the solution to, just like the others. They’re going back on pre-release promises, just like the others. Yet, somehow, they’re just so BAD at everything it’s hilarious to see.

It’s to the point I can’t honestly believe these people ever made a good game to begin with.

Sorry about the list crap from yesterday. I was out of town under a lot of pain between one of my feet being swollen as all fuck, and my back hurting like a bitch (still hurts today to get out of bed).

You guys rightfully put me on blast for the id/Bethesda addition.

edit: made good on my promise to rent the new COD from Redbox. Got about an hour left or so before I can start playing (on XBox, they split the downloads up into the game itself, then the campaign pack and the multiplayer packs).
