-The game literally turns into a shittier version of F.E.A.R. shortly after you leave the “mansion”
-Crap enemy variety
-Characters all suck ass and are forgettable as hell. I don’t remember anybody outside of the mom & dad of the family, and I only remember them because they were boss fights
I love FPS games and I thought RE7 was one if, if not the overall shittiest mainline RE title. I’m glad they went back to the RE4-esque formula of doing things with REmake 2 and 3.
I thought RE7 was so shitty that I’d rather go micro-manage my inventory in RE0 and I’m not a big fan of that game either.

Kinda sucks not having multiple ending buuut…if the gain is Nemesis is as terrifying if not more so than I believe he should be then should be worh it.

Well apparently it takes longer than six months, cause they released that shit broken as hell lol.
Either way this situation was always baffling to me. I cannot understand releasing them so far apart from each other. Considering we regularly get entire full game releases on all platforms at once, it makes no sense to me why Capcom couldn’t put out an expansion in a uniform time frame.

I haven’t run into any performance issues. I’m running it will everything on highest with DX12 enabled. My CPU isn’t being cooked but my friend’s is. I definitely gotta watch this in case my shit breaks.

Yeah it’s my personal ignorance on computer programming, and totally not the fact that it’s weird as hell to release an expansion in such a segmented and broken fashion.
MH’s expack is having issues on PC because most of Capcom have moved on to create one of the greatest next-gen ARPG’s experiences to be hadz

I liked the bakers quite a bit. Jack was my favorite one. I found him to be very memorable. Anyone who wasn’t them I can agree with.

Sorry to hear that…the game is fucking awesome on console, and the base PC version was superior.

The only upcoming title I want to not have any issues on release is DOOM Eternal. I’m hyped for that game, especially after going back and testing out DOOM 2016 on the new rig.
I tested out The Evil Within as well. The game is one of my favorite games of this gen but it’s eternally running at like ~20 FPS on both PS3 and PS4, but on PC that shit is an unwavering 60+ FPS. It completely changes the way the game feels.
I got the DLC on PC as well and it’s really cool to see how they set up the sequel with the DLC in TEW1/flesh out the story of the original in the process as well.
…I want a TEW3.

Evil Within is highly underrated imo. The second game is even better.
I too would like Doom Eternal to not have any issues, and judging by how well the first game runs across the board I have pretty high hopes for this one.

I liked the original more than the sequel overall. The original is a top shelf horror title imo, and I enjoyed it more than RE7 and even REmake 2.
MAN I’m only missing one trophy in the sequel. It was a similar trophy to one in Dead Space 2, where you have to clear the entire game on like 3 saves or something. I Platinum’d DS2 but I never got the Plat for 3(similar annoying trophy+coop trophies) and I never got the Plat for TEW2.
I think it’s clear the game with only 3 saves but the game is on the hardest difficulty setting IIRC(wtf) whereas in DS2 the game is on the default difficulty and you only have 3 saves.
