AFAIK Po only hangs out in the smash discord these days. And I donāt even know if thatās right. He kinda dropped off the earth
Oh well.
I hope he gets is anger under control and stops taking what companies do (or donāt) as such a personal attack.
I so want R* and NRS to collab and at least let us get a John Marston or Arthur Morgan skin swap for Erron Black.

It may be that Capcom doing things right finally put him over the edge. All of those years of hate and then suddenly Monster Hunter World, then RE2 remake and DMC5ā¦

I will never understand the hate some people bear towards Po and his broken record/opinion.
Donāt hate it. Most the time he was right. It was just how he conveyed it was annoying, unnecessarily abrasive and tiresome. And whenever someone disagreed with him or pointed out a flaw in his logic he took it as a huge conspiracy against him like we were working FOR Capcom or some shit. He took everything way too literal and way too personal.

I get it because I use to be a Po. Iād take anyone who disagreed with me about anything I thought, did or believed in as a personal attack if not a conspiracy against me. I still have a bad habit of taking shit a little too seriously or personal sometimes but from then it was undiagnosed bipolar disorder, being on medicine I didnāt want to be on (adderal and a few others) and general teenage angst. Especially since I listened to a such an aggressive and āfuck the manā genre as political punk rock.
Now a days itās still because of bipolar disorder and I naturally have my bad days or āepisodesā which Iāve talked about in detail on here. But also due to experiences Iāve had recent in my life; within the last 5 years or so which has caused me to have severe trust and intimacy issues. Which I am desperately trying to improve and repair.
So I get it. I donāt like seeing, reading or knowing people who feel that way because I sympathize and relate with it so much. Itās just soul crushing to me and I want to help in someway. Which I did try to do with po several times.
With that said thoughā¦po literally did nothing to help his case when it came to detractors. Which is why he has the reputation he has.

I donāt Stan for Apple though? I just prefer their products over android or windows. They do what I want, how I want and in a way I understand. All the issues Iāve had with Apple have been of my own doing. I canāt say the same for windows or android.
If I was taught IT on a windows machine Iād probably feel the same about windows machines. But I wasnāt. So I donāt.
Iām absolutely a Stan for Nintendo though. No questions there. They do some really goofy and questionable shit but they still can do no wrong in my eyes. I mean I bought the Wii U. Twice. Iāll always love them.

Season 4 of SF5 is the best balanced version of the game. While it still maintains the identity of the series, enough space has been made so that it isnāt the swingy mess of seasons 2 and 3. Not only that but while it is disappointing that Capcom has withheld all news regarding season 4 characters, it is better that they maintain a radio silence than to engage in a half assessed PR campaign. It can be said that the start of Capcomās lucky street really began with SF5: Arcade Edition where they fixed many of the issues SF5 had as a product. This was then followed up Monster Hunter World, RE2, and DMC5 which are all great games. So while frustrating, Capcom as a company has created a space where you should trust their judgement on the radio silence.

I am just a dirty PC gamer & old school console enthusiast. I have grown to hate 2k as a publisher in the last week in a way I havenāt hated in a long time. If Borderlands 3 was released in a fair manner on the PC, I would have bought 3 copies & 3 season passes. Because they want to play games with distribution, they are going to lose out. I have kids & enjoy playing Borderlands with them. If they make me wait 6-8 months for 2k to be nice enough to sell the game through my PC platform of choice, they may find out that I have already found a copy of the game elsewhere, and they will make nothing from my 3 copies. We only play LAN games at the house, and frankly I couldnāt care less about their business. I support competition, and so does Steam. Steam does not engage in exclusivity, and 3rd party games outside of Valve can and sometimes are available elsewhere. What I find concerning would be IF this timed exclusivity becomes a pattern, and suddenly all of the normal places start doing it. Steam etc are an additional layer of DRM. I have been using steam since before it was a huge storefront, and canāt say I like the recent developments (i.e. the last 12 years). I understand that DRM is a necessary evil to the big corporations as well, but IF I must make a choice I will avoid Epic games store like the plague. I will have no part of that nonsense. Publishers that insist on making deals with them also exclude themselves from access to my wallet. I donāt NEED to buy video games. I have decades worth of entertainment just under my console TV. I can wait. If they make us āSteam Peopleā wait a few months for access to a game, I might as well wait a few more to buy it during a saleā¦If I even feel the need to buy it at all by that point.
