But aside from perhaps someone in the Windows store being given a copy, I don’t get how they mess up and drop a whole new teaser unless it was in works.
Then I hope they like releasing on the PS4 2 years into the PS5’s Life Cycle.
It is going to be a Rise of the Tomb Raider situation. Soon as whatever deal they have with Sony expires, it will drop on Xbox and PC.

Unlikely as I think it’s a Simular situation to SF5 where Sony underwrite the project, they put up a significant amount of money to get the game developed, they got a say what platforms its sold on.
The way they answered the question makes me doubt that. With SFV, Capcom made its exclusivity clear. “No plans for” is usually reserved for timed exclusives.

They only reason they even had to say this is because someone on Microsoft’s social media accounts fucked up and said 7R was coming to the One. Which honestly it probably is. They just can’t legally say anything yet.
