Didn’t even know Silent Hill had music like this in it. Always thought it was all spooky ambience.
Most of it is because it’s designed to set a specific mood, not be a pop 10 chart topper with a simple ear worm beat.
Sorta. It was Arkham Asylum/City bundle. It didn’t have Arkham Knight.
Oh so the new ones packing Knight in as well? That’s so odd lol.
Did WB ever fix Knight on PC or did they give the PC Mustard Race community the middle finger and move on?
They gave us the middle finger after fixing the game to be in a barely functional state. There’s still a lot of problems with it but since they fixed the game breaking stuff it didn’t matter to them.
Well I meant do more then just make it kinda run so yea guess you got fucked. That sucks. Someday someone will fix it. Shouldn’t have to tho.
Batman Arkham Origins is available on Steam for $4.99 until July 9th and it runs well.
P.S. I do not know why anyone would want to play batmobile simulator.
Re Vidiya Game Music: Indy games have been a fucking play ground for up and coming or even established music composers to go absolutely ham on titles. Most popular Indy games are usually applauded and praised heavily for their music.
Castle Crashers, Shantae, Bastion, VA-11 HALL-A, Hollow Knight, Gris, Shovel Knight, Psyconauts, Undertale, DeltaRune, Celeste, Guacamelee Duology. There are literally hundreds and hundreds of examples of amazing video game music compositions out there.
Even if they’re ambiance they are still insanely memorably to a lot of people because they remind them when they were in that situation in the game and how they felt during that situation in the game.
From Indy, 3rd Party and AAA publishers video game music is an amazing upswing.
These all sound like shit from random action movies, in a non action part of the movie, and they don’t even remind me of game music.
The latter 2 is that scene where the hero in an action movie suffered some kind of loss, and now he’s looking at his weapons, cleaning them and shit, and figuring which ones he’s going to take to kill the big bad. And of course they show a sweeping scene of the city at night, maybe slowed down, sped up, or some of both.
Wait what?
I scooped up Arkahm Knight earlier this week, after seeing in the Steam community discussions, that it has long been fixed!!
I am guessing you do not watch many action movies because those songs do not fit in that genre at all. I could only see the last two in a supernatural thriller or psychological drama.
The problems probably ain’t as prevalent because of modern hardware. When I got it at launch I was able to brute force through some of the issues due to having powerful hardware.
This, Skullgirls gave us a fighting game scored by freaking Michiru Yamane (and for Indivisible, we’re getting Hiroki Kikuta).
I didnt post them because i thought you would like them. I posted them because you said something stupid like they are just noise.
The point was to show that clicking on 5 random ass songs isn’t going to give you any insight into the games ost. Just those 5 random songs you clicked.
NICE. Got all the cables that go with it?
Hah I knew if anyone would appreciate that it would be you.
No it has no cables. I was informed it’s the same plug and voltage as a PSP charger which I have tons of kicking around. If that’s not the case I will just buy it on Amazon or something.
I don’t have any Svid or RUN cables for my.machines either but now I have a reason to get them so I will.
What’s nice is the OS is already switched to English on the device, and I only paid 320 when everywhere else was quoting me 500+
Especially as they are discontinued now as one of the chips needed to make them are no longer being manufactured.
Two of the best sites for scart cables are
https://www.retrogamingcables.co.uk/
https://retro-access.com/
They also have the Scart to Din adapter you would need, you want the Euro scart and not the JP21 as Euro scart is easier and more common to find
My Life in Gaming has some good video resources as well
Check out the RGB Master class series of videos.
Yea My Life in Gaming is great for information on this kind of stuff. Watch them regularly.
Thanks for the link to the SCART stuff. Think im gonna stick to Svideo and RGB for now but SCART is something i want to look into in the future.
So over 2 years after the fact someone realized that one of the villages in BotW is actually from another Zelda title: Wind Waker’s Outset Island.
