there isn’t much room for improv with that combo system.
Also I can’t believe that Xenoverse 2 still gets DLC. I would almost play that again, but leveling up each character was stupid. Plus the super busted moves that are DLC…
Get the fuck out of here. Garou has some of the worst balancing in Fatal Fury history with the rage state bullshit. Tizoc and Freeman are trash tier while other characters like Hotaru have 100% death combos off of nearly any kind of punish. The only thing it has is nice visuals/animations.
P.S. Journey is an experience of boredom. Taking a walk outside or reading a book is infinitely more exhilarating than floating through that empty digital world.
Tons of fighters have characters with TOD combos. Almost none of them are viable in actual vs. play. Freeman and Tizoc are bad but probably not for the reasons you think they are.
Those fighters are low tier in my book and many of the 100% combos in Garou are piss easy to do in the corner with rage. So get the fuck out of here with that shit.
Anyways. I pretty much cancelled all my preorders on Amazon. Mainly because Walmart has been starting to sell most new release games in-store (and some online) for $10-15 off MSRP. For instance SamSho and SMM2 are already $49.99 and they just came out last week. Which I’m not sure why they are but I’m not exactly complaining. Top that with my employee discount and it’ll be like having amazon prime discount and GCU back (RIP to both).
There are some titles I will still have to order online like Senran Kagura Peach Ball and Catherine Full Body cause those are pretty niche titles which Walmart (especially the one I work at) rarely carry. But that’s okay.
I may even have to wait a few days to get a couple of them (ugh) but that’s fine. The only preorder I kept is the Dreamers Edition of Links Awakening.
Edit: Oh, also didn’t cancel Fire Emblem Three Houses, Metroid Prime 4 and Bayo 3 because I preordered them when amazon prime discount was still a thing and anything that was preordered before the program ended will still be eligible for that discounted price.
