I am glad I did not purchase an Xbox One for backwards compatibility. If I bought it for that I would be upset right about now.

The battle in FFVII sounds intriguing, and the action itself looks good. Glad this game didnât get remade for PS2 or PS3, it wouldnât have been so fantastic-looking.

It sounds almost like the ADB system from XII, sans gambits and with some stuff from later games (stagger). The main difference is having to press square to attack manually, instead of it being an auto attack.

Stagger is the one thing I donât like the battle system so far. I hated the stagger system in XIII.
Doesnât really look the same as XIIIs stagger mechanicâŚbut Its been a long time.
I just hate FFXIII in general.

As you should.
In FFXIII the battle system was basically based around it which was super annoying. It made battling and strategizing very bland and shallow.
It doesnât seem to be as dominant of a feature in FF7R tho. Which is good.
The only good to come from the XIII series was Snow and the bomb ass OST.
Everything else sucked.

The limited edition FF7 watches are a confusing confluence of hobbies for me. For one, $2,500 for an FF7 watch seems real pricey. At the same time, $2,500 is pretty average for a mechanical chronograph when an entry level Omega goes for over $3,000.

I think its a pretty elegant watch. I just wouldnât pay over a grand for a watch.
