Jim Carrey looks like he will be a fun Eggman. Man, who thought it was a good idea to use Gangsta Paradise for this trailer? The design is fucking horrible. Itās going to be painful when Iām forced to watch this.

So Iām about half way through watching the days gone āmovieā and I donāt if itās how the uploader edited the video or what but the story seems really awkwardly paced. It jumps around A LOT and is super inconsistent. Also likeā¦none of the characters are particularly interesting.
Deacon is super super boring as a main protagonist.

The one thing I DO appreciate about the movie, well, potentially appreciate, I donāt know if they will or not is that it seems like theyāre going to explain the origin and reasoning of sonic being so fast.
Like, he basically has a form of the speed force in this movie. Theyāve showed as much in the trailer. So if they explore that, depending on the logic behind it I think thatāll be interesting.
Or they could shit the bed in every single aspect.

I find the prospect of potential exploration of Sonics powers interesting. They may not even do it. Doesnāt mean I think the movie will be good or Iām excited for it. I mean, I am excited but for every wrong reason imaginable. Itās going to be an absolute shit show and I am STOKED for that.
End Game to me was just a lazy way to conclude 11 years and 22 years of build. I went in optimistic but as soon as I realized was happening I lost optimism.
