What else you want to know? Unlike souls you don’t have builds or track stats. You stick with one sword and have a load out of prosthetic tools which you upgrade. There’s a skill tree to gain new skills.

Me, my last dive was back in high school, decades ago. I was 14 when I got my OW, so they actually had to give me a Jr. OW license despite taking the same course as everyone else. Never got to go back to it when I went to college and then started working.
Man, I just watched a video on that FromSoftware game where you’re a fucking samurai Shinobi dude with a god damned ninja sword going around stabbing all the fucks. That game looks incredible! The combat is all technical and timing-based. And you travel across a huge map killing the fuck out of everyone. You get this grappling hook and can zip around like motherfucking Spider-Man and shit, sneaking on rooftops all stealthy as shit, and get the drop on a fucker and cut his head off!

I dont remember it being that slow when I played it in the arcade. I mean, looks like they hardly go anywhere when they jump and it looks like they’re walking in mud.
My main was Galford and I’m sure he moved faster than he does in this current version. Been a long, long, time doe. ehhh…I’ll prolly never play it anyway.

I’ve done like, 10 billion runs in 0 cells (basically easy mode). Need to go and collect the rest of the runes to open up turbo hard and all that jazz.
What are you having trouble with? If beating bosses is an issue, sounds like you need to make sure you’re picking up the right traps.

I play SamSho competitively and the overall pace (factoring everything, not just movement) seems similar to the older games to me. Feels very much like a mix of 2 and 5SP (aka, the HF and ST of SamSho).
