^ah, good thing I waited on that Sonic game then… I’d always rather have a physical game disc/cart if possible.

sheeeeit, I played Dragon’s Crown for the first time in several months yesterday… according to the save file I haven’t played it (and thus Vita in general) since September last year…the system seems so small after playing Switch for such a long time…but yeah—still fun…still one of the greatest of all time. I also noticed my total playtime according to the save file was 395 hours.
…annnnd yep—if Dragon’s Crown was released again on Switch (doubtful though)…I’d absolutely buy it again. It still frustrates me how the wizard in that game just isn’t really on par with the rest of the cast. It’s an unfortunate reality of any game where you have significantly different characters to pick from. Fighter and Dwarf especially are quite ridiculous… while the Wizard struggles to stay alive in nearly any hectic situation…he looks cool but it just kinda pitiful in comparison. :slightly_frowning_face:

*apparently there’s God of War PS4Pro bundles… if I can find one I’m definitely getting that. Yeah, I’ve managed to put off getting a PS4 for this damn long.

So let’s say I have a PS4 and I want to get one of those open world fuckers. Which one do you horrid lot recommend?

If it doesn’t come with a story campaign…no fucking way would I spend more than $35 on it.

  1. Find one with a theme or setting you want to mill around with.
  2. Find one with lots of customization options and Replay value.

The actual selection I would recommend is quite wide. Everything from Grand Theft Auto V if you like screwing about to if you like Sword and sorcery stuff Skyrim (although Bethesda games are best played on PC) . And if you just want to play with Legos, then Minecraft.

You got a load of options. Personally AC Origins is a damn good game. Past hits you can probably get on the cheap are GTA V and Watchdogs 2.

I’m gonna agree with HZD. IMO best game last year easily.

If Sony didn’t nerf mods, then Skyrim would be good.

Mods are nerfed on the Xbone as well, just that the Xbone allows for outside assets. PS4 has to do just what’s in the creation kit with vanilla media.
