Ono is in charge of Capcom Vancouver, the developers of Dead Rising. Him going to Microsoft supports the rumor of Dead Rising 4 being exclusive.
Not a character create mode, a combot mode. Did you not play combot in TTT2? He’s literally a CAC mode in himself. Not to mention the mode where you can teach it just about any move in the game.
Skyrim remaster is really pointless if you have a PC. People been making mods that look better than that for almost five years.
I’d buy it…but there’s a bunch of better RPGs (both west and east) that are better now. It’s actually kinda lame of Bethesda to announce this at E3.

Also, Soul Calibur 4 was doo-doo. Crappy music, recycled stages, Really shitty art design, exploding clothes, stupid guest characters, unplayable netcode, etc.
The gameplay is a little bit better than SCV but everything else isn’t very good.

Looks like due to venture’s article from earlier they had to get Spencer up there to kind of do a disclaimer that ‘we care’…now it begins!
Looks like they’re opening with the Xbone S. Pretty much everything the leak provided was true. And it’s going to release in August at 299.99. hmmm…not bad.
Aaaand we’re opening up with Coalition coming on to the stage. GEARS 4 TIME!
New program called Xbox anywhere. Gears 4 will be the first. Buy digital Gears 4 and you can play it on PC or Xbone. Game will support crossplay. Uhhhh…they do know that PC people will destroy Xbone guys right? Horde 3.0 is announced. Laura Bailey!? Looks like they’re gonna get Laura Baily and Rod Fergussen to play through a bit of the game. Ok seriously…why are you zooming out from the action to show the crowd? Cut that out!. Game looks like gears…Locust still seem to be about. They just untilted some device that looks like a catapault…it is a catapault. They missed the first time but got it the second. There’s a massive shit storm while going through. It looks really good. Laura just executed some poor dude off a cliff…literally launched his ass after impaling him. Alright soooo we now have a weapon that shoots buzzsaws…JD is cutting down everything in his path right now. They’re in a factory with some nasty looking organic shit clinging to the walls like vines before they move right back out into the shit storm outside. REally interesting how the Locust seem to be still about…thought they were all nuked after Gears 3. Buildings are collapsing and the shit storm is getting WAY worse. Electricity is scorching the landscape and they’re trying to get inside. Aand of curse they get to the doors and a big nasty mofo busts the door. That section of gameplay ends with Laura screaming to get his mother back at what I guess is a downed enemy or a camera. Opening of a door and ther’es old Marcus…He’s super grizzled. Looks like Gears 4 is getting it’s own special elite controller.
And now we’re moving on to Killer Instinct. Considering that this came right after the Gears presentation that we’re definitely getting those leaked characters. Yyyyyup…it’s General Raam. Oh shit that music from when you fought in in the first game remixed. Nice job Celldweller! Didn’t show much aside from him just rolling up on Jago and shanking his ass.
Moving onto the next game…aaand it’s Forza. Looks like they put jeeps and buggies and more offroad stuff. This must be that ‘other’ Forza game that got leaked. Different shots of cars racing complete with lens flare and foliage. It’s Forza Horizon 3. Hmm…was expecting it to be called something else. Game takes place in Australia. Game is coming to Windows 10 and Xbone. They got some people that are going to be cross playing in the presentation. 2 people on high end 4k PCs and 2 others on xbones. Wait…I actually don’t think they’re crossplaying now because they’re all in different areas. 4 player campaign co-op. Wait now they’re about to drop into each others game. Very interesting how it’s done. They get dropped in by a helicopter. That’s actually pretty cool. Coming Sept. 27th.
Moving onto another game. Looks like they’re showing off a new trailer of ReCore. Looks like here little robot buddy can transform and can use her to traverse the areas. And apparently he can transform into a hulk like beast. Showing off some platforming areas over what looked like a digitized space and then lava filled area. No date given for it.
Square Enix is now taking the stage. Tabata takes the stage and is now talking about showing XV on Xbone and he’s trying really hard not to mess up with his reeeeally thick accent. Dat MUSIC…Noctis is fighting that giant ass behemoth dude from the FFXV trailer shown not too long ago. Kind of reminds me a bit of god of war III but without actually climbing and on a bit smaller scale…actually probably more like the Collossus of Rhodes from God of War II. Particle effects going everywhere are the giant is just sweeping his arm all over the damn place. Looks like they managed to stun him for a bit and they had a qte counter where they deflected a hand crush. They completely decimated that guy’s arm. Coming Sept. 30th. Now that I think about it…I think that was a different giant cause he didn’t have all that stuff on his back
Now We’re moving on to what I guess is Division DLC content that will come first to Xbone.
And now Dice looks to do another presentation for Battlefield 1 on Xbone. coming Oct. 21st. If you have EA access you’ll be able to play the game Oct. 13th. Cue Battlefield 1 trailer…uh…looks like the same trailer that was at EA’s conference. Game still looks great but yeah this is the same trailer from EA’s conference.
Moving onto Mike Ybarra taking the stage. Talking about bringing more servers live and closer to gamers to make it more reliable. Talking about it being able to do cross platform and cross network play. Background music is back, language region, and Cortana coming to Xbone. Talking about new features. Clubs have been announced on Xbox…pretty much Miiverse/Communities for Xbox. Looking for Group for Xbox Live, A way to look for other gamers with similiar interests. Arena on Xbox Live…a Tournament platform for Xbox. Very interesting…Can sign up for tournaments that companies put up. EA is gonna be putting Fifa on it.
And now we move on to Minecraft. People who play on IOS, Android, and Windows 10 can play minecraft together. Calling the update the ‘Friendly Update’. Now they’re doing a demonstration of the minecraft on the tablets. You can get achievements from the game through the Ipad. John Carmack was secretly on the stage using an Oculus and he’s playing with them. Releasing texture packs for Windows and pocket editions of the game. Can build cities using it and modify the enemies AI behavior. They’re trying to bring Add Ons and Realms to the consoles as soon as they can. More news in Sept.

New Game from the Creators of Limbo that’s being showcased now called Inside it’s coming June 29th. Kinda weird looke like an office with people in it…kinda muted colors. Don’t know exactly what it’s about yet. Chris Charla comes on stage to hype the game up. Limbo is now free to everyone on Xbone. Guessing we’re getting hit with a montage of games that are coming to the ID @ Xbox program. Cuphead, Outlast, Deliver us to the moon, flint hook, Far, Slime Rancher, Shadow Tactics Figment The Culling, For the king, Beacon, Stardew Valley, Hand of fate 2 , below, Bloodstained Yooka Layley. Chris seems to have a bit of a lisp…can’t not hear it at times. Bought Ark Survival? You can play that on Xbone and PC for purchasing it.
Guy from compolsion games is taking the stage. Showcasing his game that looks like it takes place in the what…40’s maybe? Guy at a desk who seems to be suffering from some PTSD. CD Projekt Red is now taking the stage. Showed someone dressed up as Geralt. Looks like Gwent is gonna be it’s own individual multiplayer card game. It’s cross platform with PC and Consoles. Bout to show some gameplay of Gwent. I’m sure Witcher fans who love the game are happy…buuut I’m not sure if this is the best place to be doing this… Closed Beta on sept 2016.
Tekken 7! looks like it’s actually coming to Xbone. Akuma and Heihachi are about to have words with each other in this CG Trailer. Heihachi bout to get that ass stomped. They transitioned the CG into actual gameplay. Game still looking nice. Akuma was about to throw a super armor fireball but heihachi broke the gard with a super. Aaaaand he let his guard down and didn’t double tap. Which is why he ended up getting Shun Goku Satsued. Game is coming Early 2017. Add Heihachi to the list of people who got demoned and survived. Harada seems to be stuttering his japanese for whaever reason. Free TTT2 for Xbox Gold members this week.

Moving onto a new section…did they just spoil something in Ori and the Blind Forest? Talking about Xbox Original games now. They’re about to show some games that are brewing in the future. All the games are part of the Xbox anywhere program. Scalebound is about to get shown! Kamiya is coming on stage! Kamiya is speaking english very carefully. Bout to show a big boss fight in co op. Game is confirmed coming to windows 10 and Xbone in 2017. I’m not sure of Microsoft’s strategy right now I mean i guess it’s cool that people don’t have to buy Xbone’s but…isn’t that what you want? lol. Whatever I suppose back to this game. 4 player dragon gameplay going on right now. They’re going in on this gigantic ass monster in the water. Can hop on the dragon and hop off it seems in the middle of the battle. Protagonist talks a lot while laying in damage to the boss. Did a lot of damage to the boss and now the water they were in is whirlpooling. 2nd phase of the fight has the protagonist getting serious…time to put on the headphones! Spot weak spots and command your dragon to help out. Just had his dragon toss him to a weak spot that he continued to pound into until a chunk of the boss fell off. Now everyone ‘devil triggered’ and went in on the heart…aaand bosss is a wrap. Everyone aattaks at the same time.
Moving on to the next game which I"m gonna guess is Sea of Thieves. Game is of course Xbone and Windows 10 exclusive. Freeze frame CG trailer where the camera is weaving through action sequences. Yeah it was Sea of Thieves. Rare head Craig Duncan takes the stage to start talking about their game. Bout to go into some world premier gameplay of the game of some people who went in with no tutorial. Game is very vibrant and colorful. You can drink ale and get drunk This adventure is cut together slightly haphazard. Now they’re having a naval battle with some pirates and they’ve sprung a leak which they tried to fix. Their ship is sinking lol.
Moving onto a different game now…open countryside with a older vehicle driving on a 2 sided road aaand running over zombies. Not quite sure what this is yet. Day Z? Nope it’s State of Decay and of course it’s on Xbone and Windows 10
NOw moving onto the next game. Some army soldiers aaand it’s set in the halo universe. So I"m guessing this his Halo Wars 2. Displaying a CG trailer that’s freezing time every so often through out the fight. Every so often the generals of each side are able to see everything that’s going on in slow mo. They meet in the middle while the war around them rages on. Now they’re talking bout the game coming Feb 21st in 2017…and there’s a week long beta for the game right now this week for Xbone. Showed some gameplay footage of the game for what people can expect this week.
Phil Spencer is back on stage…I believe he’s delivering closing comments for the conference. Talking about playing without boundaries and that’s their philosophy. Yeah this sounds like closing statements. He’s kind of reviewing what was announced. He’s kinda hinting at stuff about 4K gaming…oh wait I guess we aren’t done here. Looks like they’re about to reveal that updated xbox that was rumored to come out next year. Yyyyup…it’s the new xbox. They’re trying to go full on 4K gaming apparently talked about the 4 terraflops and what not. They got various devs gushing over it and what not. Reassuring that the games that come out will work on both consoles. 6 terraflops of gpu power. still no name but it’s under project scorpio and it’s coming holiday 2017. Specifically for 4K gaming and VR. Xbox one, Xbox one s and Scorpio are all compatible. no one gets left behind. Serious though why even release the S? Claiming it’s going to be the most powerful console ever. Now we got the closing montage for the presentation.
Not bad microsoft not bad at all. If I had to rate it I think it’s about a B or B- for me. Most of their stuff got leaked but they still did a solid job on the conference. If I had to rate it I’d give it like a B or B- Solid showing in my book even if most of their conference got leaked.

SCV’s core gameplay is definitely better than 4’s. 4 was slow and boring, and a lot of the cast was trash. Rock, anyone?
All SCV had to do was have more single player shit like a Weapon Master Mode (shit has been a staple since Soul Blade) and not nuke and replace over half the cast. Even with supers and EX moves, the gameplay was on point. It was faster than 4 and more sharp. Patch 1.02 brought about the backstep nerf, which fucked the game.
