I purchased Soul Calibur 4 again the other day. I played it almost 4 hours straight. I cant believe I can still pick that game up an dplay it like riding a bike.

Anyways, Walking Dead Season 3 looks nice, but DR4? I’m jumping on that.

and Skyrim Special Edition will be free for those who have the addons or Legendary Edition on Steam. It’s kinda pointless since mods have already made the game look a ton better but thanks I guess.

New Vegas was good because it was Obsidian, not Bethesda. Heck some of those guys who worked on NV aren’t even there anymore - they’re at Guerrilla working on Horizon.

No CAS is never gonna happen because that’s what majority of its fanbase plays. SC has so much trouble getting traction in tournaments because most fans are more interested in CAS and other casual modes than competing. SC5s big problem was it couldn’t get enough bodies at tournaments despite most of the top players agreeing that it was better than IV.

As a member of the calibur competitive community that’s a pretty spot on assesment. Past the first year, we had a passionate and dedicated community but never drew the big numbers. We did pick up a few new players who will help carry the torch for the next generation, but the CAS casuals are nigh impossible to convert.

Soul Calibur 4 has more depth than SC5. 8 way run was stupid in 5, 5 was just stupid and boring in general. And the movelists were smaller and dumbed down. I hate that game in retrospect.

Tekken did not do “just fine” TTT2 sperated the scene pretty badly. It also had the Tekken brand lose alot of face at tournaments.

CAS and custom costumes can all burn for all I care. all of it is just ugly gaudy garbage. ruins every Tekken tournament I try to watch because that cool fight turns into a freak show.

I think their only allowed in Japanese Tekken tournaments. Their banned in the US though IIRC.
