Has anyone here played Blades of Time? I saw on sale for insanely cheap and I wonder if it’s worth buying. If it’s anything like X-Blades I’ll pass.

Not getting paid for hours worked for employees who are not salary, that sounds like a lawsuit to me.
I am sure there enough current and former EB and GameStop employees for a class action lawsuit making GameStop pay out millions in damages.
Odin Sphere sucked shitty combat and it was basically a cooking/farming sim from what I remember, great art doe.

Honestly I have not played the updates yet. So scared they won’t live up to my memories.
The original Gold was my first pokemon after years of watching my friends and cousin play red and blue in my face. So it’s special lol.
Ruby consumed me that winter as a kid. It introduced my favorite pokemon ever in Blaziken, was arguably the best most badass looking pokemon Gen ever,and restored my faith as a kid that the new gens could be great.
Zangoose? Mightyena? Blaziken? Exspoud? Sumo mons? A better designed snake than Arbok? Gen 3 had the best designs by far. I was the OG Gen 1er as a kid before that.
But…ORAS had trumpets…
Shit I forgot about Gardevoir. I remember making sure I caught a male one as a kid after seeing Raltz.
Imagine my fucking surprise after his evolution. 
As 3rd Gen was also the first time I bought a Pokemon game personally I understand how you feel.
Your fears are unfounded however. ORAS does justice to Gen 3 and then some. If by some miracle you aren’t convinced after you make it through most of the game, the final battle against Wally will bring tears to your eyes…as you beat the hell out of him because you’ll be overleveled by 10.
They take everything good about Gen 3 and make them better.
They take everything bad about Gen 3 and make them good.
Really the only flaw will be that it’s much easier than the original Gen 3 games but that’s due to a multitude of things…and you still can’t sleep on Steven.
I haven’t touched Pokemon since gen 1. Since I couldn’t cheat my way through rising pokemon like I could in gen 1 the later games didn’t appeal to me.
Gen 1 forever overrated sadly.

Hey, I needed to get to the post game, I had no time to overlevel any more than that.
But yeah, ask anyone, ORAS is a vast improvement from the Gen 3 games while remaining faithful to the things Gen 3 did well. Music is better and yet completely familiar. The battle against the cover legendary will be like you were a kid again due to the music though the epic scale is turned way up (also said Legendary battles are a lot more of a pain in the ass because the Legendaries themselves are a lot stronger). Team Aqua and Magma go through an overhaul to make them much less one note and make them more developed as villains and as people. Brendan/May rival is developed a lot better. The locales are beautiful, the fights are fun.
I honestly can’t say enough praise about how ORAS did.
Everything you said makes me happy. I always liked team Aqua and magma but they had a really flimsy plot in the OG game.
I bought Ruby over Sapphire because Groundon looked godlike. So I hope he really is much better and challenging to catch.
Remember catching him as a kid and having a sinking feeling realizing that Blaziken was just a better fire type lol.
