Fuck Destiny. Spent $60 on that crap against my better judgement only to realize the game was nothing but reskinned missions, shitty RNG, and bootlegged player interaction. Sold it to a friend for $40 and never looked back. I’ll give it another chance when they finally get it right, but screw it at this moment in time.

No, LW… Bad RNG. When it comes to loot drops or rewards after a PvP match, it’s fucked. Idk if they fixed any of that since I stopped playing, but it really put me off. I felt like I wasn’t being rewarded for actually doing well.

Oh you want this collectors edition expansion, well you have to re-buy the original game with it.
Loot drop system is still broken and so is the level cap.
As there is nothing wrong with Final Fantasy VI or Chrono Trigger than needs a remake.
The games have no if any faults. They are graphically and audio wise stunning.
And the game play for those 2 are perfect the way they are.
There was also no reason to remake Final Fantasy IV for DS and PSP.
Okay FF 4 was kinda primitive compared to FF6 visually, but the replacement graphics don’t look right.
I am also unhappy how they remade Final Fantasy III from a 8-bit NES game to a 3D-ish DS game.
So much was changed not just visually, and stylistically but the story has been changed.
Its no longer the same game.
Final Fantasy VII suffered from some bad early day polygons.
Those block-people figures are uglier than Virtual Fighter on the Sega Saturn.
It has a CD quality sound track and beautiful backgrounds but the ugliest field character renders ever.
The battle renders are not as terrible, but they are still far from great.
Some of the monsters, I struggled to figure out what the hell I am supposed to be fighting.
Also compared to other titles even older Square titles, Final Fantasy VII didn’t age well.

EDIT: I am extremely confused as to why people are angry? Legitimately confused. I bet it has something to do with the misinformation that the “journalists” spread. The mis-communication of simple words just shows how bad these journalists really are at their job. They didn’t even provide definitive proof that official funding was the case, and twisted their words and provided no alternate conclusions.
It’s as though no one knows the history of the Shenmue franchise, why no one is taking financial risks on it and looking for excuses to be angry. Its like being angry is all gamers know how to do nowadays. Taking any ambigious information to the worst case scenario, and then shitting on the game in general. Shenmue fans in general know that the game is not for everyone and I constantly see people say that, but of course there will be “those people”
I just hope all of this shoddy reporting doesn’t ruin the kickstarters steam.
