One game out of the shit-pile of first person shooters and sports games is not a savior.
Right now, Nintendo has the best line up of upcoming games if you exclude PC*(which is the clear winner)*.
It’s looking pretty beast from where I’m sitting. Hell people thought Sony “won” last year because they announced they weren’t doing the dumb shit that MS tried to do. Some of which was pretty cool, but was out weighed by some really dumb shit ( I can post more on this when I’m not on a phone).
MS played it better last year where they saved the games and OS features for E3, while revealing the service plans and other dumb shit for these media. They announced this well in advance, but gamers still got pissed like that African in Next Friday.
Edit: Actually Sony did the double reveal better in retrospect, but I’ll get.more into that when I’m.settled. MS had more than shooters last year. You need to watch last year’s E3.presentation again for a refresher. Remember, the E3 presentation.
Do you guys still care about system exclusives? Companies arent really into it anymore obviously I just care about good games at this point, no use arguing about the best exclusives when theres not a lot to choose from.
Sunset Overdrive is like the bastard child of a bunch of good games.
Nintendo basically thrives from it. You ain’t playing Mario on anything else.

Word. Thread had me thinking MS was storing heat on that list. I mean I see BG&E2 gameplay as a fuck yeah but im not into Forza/Halo/Fable.
Nintendo obviously look the best on that list.
By “care” I mean look at all the once-exclusive titles that used to be deciding factors in what console you purchased:
-Resident Evil
-Metal Gear Solid
-Devil May Cry
-Ninja Gaiden
-Tekken
-Final Fantasy
Now those games are multi-platform and to be honest the “exclusive” games we are getting now are either really bad or really good arcade games.
Meh. I just want good games now, no use arguing about Titanfall vs Killzone when they are both mediocre.
Well if a game you want is an exclusive it’s still a deciding factor.
If you don’t want a game, then it’s not a factor. That hasn’t changed since Sega vs Nintendo.

I do believe Phil Spencer will do ALOT of great things for the xbone and the xbox brand but there is still no games out there that are even remotely interesting.
And i bet you Sunset overdrive will make you wish you were playing jet set radio instead. Sorry to say but that is the truth
