Wish that after all this time they would’ve either made Dan into a more viable character, or just let him fade away into obscurity. His MSHvSF ending was the epitome of his concept (though Dan’s dad in Pocket Fighter was pretty good). Keeping him the way he his & fleshing out his storyline just seems obnoxious.

ryu and ken: overplayed, over-represented and most annoying of all, every scrub mashes on dp. its easy to tell if someone is a scrub if they pick ken.
deejay: that slide in st is the dumbest looking move in the game.
sol badguy (guilty gear series): the most generic anti hero character ever made. they’re trying wayyy too hard to make him look cool. in fact, pretty much all of the guilty gear characters are pretty lame. the only character that i like is millia. kliff is okay, but hes dead.
athena (kof): annoying lil bitch with an annoying voice. trying too hard to be cute
momoko (kof): see above
nanami (suikoden 2): annoying and she forces her way in your party while being subpar. waste of space. freed y is up there with her in terms of being subpar and forcing his way in your party but at least hes not annoying and theres only a short period where he forces his way in.
bolgan (suikoden 2): retard
luc (suikoden series): you’re telling me that this emo, anti social pretty boy is the last boss?
yuber (suikoden series): i don’t see why people think hes so cool and badass. every single time he gets his ass handed to him, he runs like a coward.

kimari (ff10): he doesnt say anything until a quarter way in the game, his personal attributes are crap compared to other characters, same with his weapon and his limit is nothing to write home about.
sephiroth (ff7): most overrated villian ever.
claire (re2): i only hate her in re2. bitch needs to stfu and listen to leon instead of running off and taking priority of babysitting sherry. i’m so glad that wesker manhandled her ass in re:cvx
iris (mmx4): shit is just comical. stay dead.

Sten (DAO) - I hate this guy, should of left his ass in the cage but wouldn’t get his sidequest. I hate how I have to “stand up” to him for his approval ratings to increase, when generally he’s a suckage character not worth the time invested.
Wendy (FE6) - I don’t hate her to a degree, she has incredible potential to be a great general. But, she’s just fucking impossible to train. Seriously, I get frustrated over and over again having restart chps because she always gets doubled and is too slow to do anything.
Quina (FF9) - Terrible character, well outside limit glove/9999 abuse. S/he has its uses, fighting isn’t one of them.
Cait Sith (FF7) - I find him annoying. Fortune telling, crappy limits, bashful stats. He’s just useless across the board, hell I’d rather have Aerith than him.
Sweet Tooth (Twisted Metal 4) - Wow just forget about it. They made him so damn broken I could take 3/4’s of your life just without even driving.
Hanzo Hattori (SS) - Ugh, the CPU is just dirty with this guy. Even on easy he still manages to whip my ass, this is SS1 btw.
Wolverine (Streets of Rage) - I’m sure that’s NOT what you call them, but they’re fucking cheap. Can’t drop kick them, they just shadow slash or some shit. Can’t get near them or you’ll get chopped, stupid boss that can do all kinds of fuck up to your life count.
Nero is one of those love/hate character types. I admit he was sort of appealing intially but at the end I couldn’t stand he’s excessive bitching and whining. He only contributed to stoping the opposing force to save his lifeless, paperweight, 1 dimsional, damsel in distress sweet heart. Nero’s appearance is all anime cheese. Nero’s voice was alright but completely terrible dialogue.

Council from Mass Effect. You try to warn these **** a million times about impending doom. Pretty much every point you try to make, you prove. And if you save them in ME1, they STILL dismiss the claim after the dust settles in ME2.
Udina from Mass Effect. Read council, but he is much more of an ass.
Main character from Saints Row 2. This character is a retarded, short sighted fuck-wit, that made things harder for EVERYONE than it had to be. He or she is set up to die at the end of SR1. You wake up years later from a coma in a jail hospital. First thing this idiot wants is the Saint gang back. So let’s break out my boy (Johnny) from jail, and use his suburban house where his wife is, to start planning stuff. You proceed to get power, and piss everyone off. Because you’re doing all this stuff, your boy’s house and wife are easy targets. She gets killed. Main character also gets another important person killed as well.
Johnny Gat from Saint’s Row 2. He gets busted out by main character, and retardedly lets you use his house, where his wife lives, to plan for your retarded dream of recreating the Saints. He was asking for what happened. Keep shady business away from home.
James (Dad) from Fallout 3. Although of noble goals, he leaves you in the vault, while he escapes to finish a project he started. The overseer of the vault wants your head, and kills your dad’s best friend. Did he think the overseer was just going to fine with someone leaving the vault? Obviously he didn’t, but still. You coulda died because of him.
Reaver from Fable 2. This guy is a douche canoe from second one. Sets you up, makes sideways statements. Just classic asshole stuff. Want to blast his ass.

Zangief: This guy started my hatred for almost every grappler when I was a kid. I don’t even remember why I started hating him either. I just have been sick of him for as long as I can remember.

Sephiroth: Ugh. What a letdown of a villain. You gotta be emo or just crazed for any crap Japan shits out to like this guy. I love swords, especially katanas, but nah. That can’t help him.
Every damn giant boss in Ninja Gaiden Sigma: None are a challenge and do nothing but take up time. All are lazy half assed creations.
Kyrie: Never thought I would see something like this in DMC. A woman who can’t do shit. AT ALL. Well she did ONE thing that was a crowning moment. She brought Nero his sword.
Choi: Pain in the ass doesn’t begin to describe that jackass.
Athena: Really SNK? She had to have such a high pitched voice? Every attack she says out loud. Do you have any idea just how horrible it is to hear that crap? Her voice alone ruins her character. Which takes me to…
Noel Vermillion: I like gun-kata. So here’s a character that uses it. The problem? She’s a whiny little bitch. No self confidence. Cries too much. And she’s in the military? And no. She doesn’t have “dat” ass either. WTF. People live under a rock or something?
R.Mika: From what I understand mad people want her in SSFIV. Because she has huge tits and is “thick”. Fuck you guys. But then again… I don’t give a shit about Super so whatever. Annoying bitch. Total letdown as a female grappler which is a good thing in my case.
Platinum the Trinity: Ho ho. What a stupid fucking character visually. When I first encountered Plat she was all covered up so I couldn’t see anything. And then I finally saw what she looks like. WOW. Has to be one of the worst designs in gaming history.
Bayonetta is one of the most asinine video game character designs in years. Here we have a fetish fuel character whose anatomy is so ridiculously fucking disproportionate that she looks less like a human being than she does like some sort of bizarre insect, whose accent is so fake that it’s only slightly less painful to the ears than two ice picks shot out of a dart gun, whose blatant sexualization isn’t ‘tongue-in-cheek’ or even funny at all, and whose combat boils down to ‘mash dodge, receive cake.’

Also, while we’re on the subject of piss-awful action games, let’s talk about Alex Mercer, played by the illegitimate butt baby of Christian Bale and the lead singer from Simple Plan. The entire game consists of him doing nothing but whining as he shoots blood out of his wrists to fly and participates in some of the worst controls I’ve ever seen in a game, all while expecting the player to relate to and/or feel sorry for him. Yeah, no dice, bucko.

I also hate characters who have no experience whatsoever then later they automatically become good. It just make the other people who worked hard or have a legendary status look bad.

I don’t really hate any characters besides Tingle, they just really annoy me or are distasteful to me. I forgot about Sephiroth. From all the FFs I played Sephiroth is my least favorite. Dmitri was sort of annoying in GTAIV, but not enough for me to include him. SF4 has made me dislike Ken, Ryu, E. Honda, Akuma, and Zangief a lot. Before the SF4 series I was indifferent with them and actually played with them sometimes. The community has made them annoying and partly Capcom too. Ryu has the worst model in the game. Zangief because he is a pain to fight against with C. Viper and the matches always seem to drag on same with E. Honda. Balrog’s became annoying too, but I always had some resentment for him because he’s a stereotype.
