Ha yeah. There will be plenty for everyone the second time around, so I just canceled my order to save me from anymore frustration with VGC. Until then, I will be waiting patiently…
Hey Markman, during the middle of your next backflip can you plz ask Mr. VGC why they didn’t give ALL their paid-up-front customers the courtesy of an email which they claim everyone got, yet myself & others definately did NOT get ?

More on VGC…I cancelled my TE preorder and ordered instead the HRAP-EX on 2/16. They charged my card on 2/16, claimed to have shipped it on 2/20 and today I still haven’t gotten a tracking number. I wonder if they have any sticks at all.
On that note, I got impatient and ordered the HRAP-EX from PlayAsia saturday night. It was shipped on Sunday and scheduled to arrive this morning via FedEx from HONG KONG!!! This is what an online retailer should do.
I guess if and whenever I get the EX from VGC I’ll just ebay it or use it for player 2.
MarkMan. Seriously, what are you doing man? You’re now censoring posts? Respect points are falling for you on my part dude. Please explain how you could come on here and confirm something, somehow have a conversation take place with VGC (either you called them or they called you) and come back here and try and play referee without explaining why. VGC is still a terrible company to order from and your conversation with Dave/VGC since your post hasn’t changed that. What’s going on here?

Good to hear somebody had a somewhat positive experience using this terrible company. I ordered my HRAP EX from Arcade Shock and got it in 3 days after canceling VGC. No problems, no hassles…customer service was great with AS. When I e-mailed they responded. Taking 900 preorders and knowing you’re not guaranteed a single stick is awful so good luck if you do business with them again I would just suggest it be a readily available product so that they won’t jack the price up on you.
But the question is, how much did you pay for those HRAPs?

Well to be honest they never did me any wrong and have always been real good up until this point. But I stated this earlier in my first post.

Yah, VGC is an incredibly garbage site. On the 17th I called in asking about my order because I thought I still had a chance for it to arrive. I had some dude with attitude say they were processing my order and I would receive a email. I gave that some time and then on the 20th I called again and a nice guy picked up telling me to not worry because my order was arriving on Monday. So I called yesterday and they finally gave me a real answer and said it was backordered. The only good thing they did was refund my money quickly.
Avoid these douchebags at all costs. I mean I called three times to get a simple answer that my order couldn’t be completed. Now I have no SE stick, but I’m not bothered too much since the piece of garbage would have probably come broken like my TE.

I’ve e-mailed them three times since the 17th and given them much time to respond. I know I should call, but I’m too stubborn and demand they acknowledge a customer in whatever media that customer decides to contact them. They’ve blatantly ignored my e-mails. I have the patience to wait for Madcatz to supply them with more sticks (if that ever happens) but I’m just looking for a little e-mail from VGC that simple states, “We have your $169 dollars and due to a failure on Madcatz part, your order will be delayed.” even an “ok” would do.

Any word yet? I’ve heard that Gamestop has been getting a few more trickling in hoping that VGC’s distributor whoever that is gives them some love as well.

Those of you who still have their orders with VGC, have you gotten your TE stick? I still have my order with them, they haven’t sent me anything since before Feb 17th even though I’ve e-mailed five times.

I barely got my stick from game crazy 2 days ago and it was stick number 4,738 somore than 3,000 were made obviously. i think your sticks should be coming in soon i heard the latest was late march
Late March to Early April hopefully. I’m keeping mines until 2nd week of April, then I’ll put them on blast
