I was wondering what happend to this thread; since its back ill briefly describe my encounter VGC. I wanted a stick badly, caught the stick bug fever like everyone. But by this time all the SE’s and TE’s were gone and the HRAP EX (360) was becoming a rare find. And it was either VGC or $250+ on amazon or ebay ($189.99 on VGC). So i order with VGC on the 21st of Feb. After about 6 different calls checking in on the status of my order and 3 different stories about its status i get an email on the 10th of march confirming my order has been shipped. However when im on their site trying to track my order UPS has no info for me. Therefore this has left me to wonder whether or not they sent that last email to get me off there back, as ive been fairly impatient with them, even though ive waited all this time. I was going to cancel this week but the last email stopped me. Anyway I guess what I want is to hear someone else who orderd a hrap from them around the same time I did and has received thier order.
This gives me some hope.

whats up guys. since i posted earlier about my troubles i think i should let you guys know that my hrap ex i ordered from VGC came in today. So there is hope that they will come through for you, but damn dont we all hate waiting? im patient when im out fishing but when it comes to my stick i want it now lol. later ya’ll
that says that on many of the TE sticks. Its not indicative of where it was in production chronologically.
Somehow by the grace of god, my ex2 has lasted this long. My parts I ordered from Lizardlick for my custom case are on backorder and my te stick is on backorder. I just can’t win.
Reading that other people are noticing their orders get filled slowly but surely from everyone except VGC. I think the reality is these guys aren’t getting sticks for a “VERY” long time.

Pretty wild. I’ll be surprised if anyone from the SRK ever buys from them again.
There really isn’t any defending of this. If you don’t have a product to sell, you don’t put it up on your site. When people ordering from you, they are saying “We are buying from you, and nobody else”. During the time that preorder is on there, they are passing up offers from other vendors.
I feel for all of you, though many of you were warned about these guys. Makes me sad because their site is well put together. Not really the average consumers fault that they got boned.
LOL. These guys are terrible. Not to mention they had actual employees that came on here and posted some trash talk. Real scumbags and nobody should ever do business with them. I had preordered with them and was told so many different stories including that I was in the very first 15 of people on the preorder list. They take all the money upfront and run. My advice is to get your refund now because you’ll never see your stick from them. I ended up getting a TE but not from them and I’ll make sure I can tell as many people as possible never to buy from them ever again.
VGC rep: “The reason why we charge your card for the full amount is because we GUARANTEE your stick day of release sir.”
HAHAHA! Fuck you VGC. It was even confirmed that you NEVER were guaranteed ANY allocated sticks you liars.

We’ve been in contact with MadCatz on nearly a weekly basis and they have confirmed that we should be receiving our shipment of sticks around the April 7th release date. Once we do get them they will take top priority and begin shipping out of our store immediately.

Unlike Blackbond, I didn’t get a reassuring e-mail and I ordered 1/20. Like I mentioned before, no e-mails since weeks before Feb 17th.

Yeah, you’re in the same boat as I. I ordered 1/18. Haven’t seen an email since the one that came 2/18 telling me I wouldn’t get one 'til late March/mid April. :bluu:

I’ve sent them six e-mails just telling them their customer service is awful. That might be the reason they haven’t responded to me.
I don’t want to call because I shouldn’t have to call if I don’t want to! but I guess I will to make sure we’re not waiting longer
