Yup. 4chan has to be one of the most important websites ever created. They literally shape the internet’s vernacular with all their memes and what not. I won’t lie, I used to go there a lot for porn but the amount of sheer creepiness that was present pushed me away. I might visit it tonight just to see how things are.

Isn’t this report kind of vague? As far as I know, the filter only effected people attempting to access the site via their phone. I don’t know, saying “ISP” instead of “cell phone carrier” seems kind of misleading.
