@ruckage , I’ve just taken delivery of something. I might need to hit you up for some artwork! =)

They fit perfectly B)
That is clear acrylic but I’ve not taken the white backing sticker off.
One thing left to do is find longer screws to go through from the top panel. Other than that I’ll need to sort some artwork out.
I’m very pleased with it, I didn’t think it would work as well as it has. =)
That looks great, where did you get the acrylic cut?
It looks even better clear!

I sent a plan off to www.razorlab.co.uk and got that acrylic back 2 weeks.
Looks great. Thanks for the link, I hadn’t heard of razorlab - did it cost much to have that cut?

£36 delivered. In hindsight it was worth it, but when I put the order in I was worried that i’d done something wrong on the plan and I was wasting money
So I was wondering, is there room for a PS360+ / Brook UFB in this stick?

Plenty of room I think

The UFB is thin, probably as thin as the existing PCB.
The only problem I could see is where to mount it. The Venom’s bottom plate, which isn’t shown in the picture, is all metal so it couldn’t just sit on that. If you’re removing the existing PCB i’d look at mounting it in the same place.
Hi All,
Thanks for those who uploaded their templates, I have uploaded mine to share

I quite like your first design bman, nice!
Maybe i should consider doing some artwork on mine as per my newbie guide but I quite like the metal faceplate
Nice designs bman83. I think I prefer the colours of the bubbles design but the actual design of the fractal template.
Thanks for your feedback, this was my first attempt at illustrator. The fractal was first, then the bubbles. All the elements are in separate layers so they should be interchangeable. feel free to edit these as you like. I will take a photo of my finished sticks. Also highly recommend the quick link http://www.phreakmods.com/products/the-link for packing your sticks in a bag.
thanks again to the orignal poster of the template =)

I’ve just put my UFB in my stick and it fits. I’ve had to remove the Venom PCB to mount the UFB.
Recently I had a friend of mine purchase one of these. I swapped out the parts for Sanwa parts and they fit and function great. Though, we have a problem with the unit he received.
It appears that the ribbon cable used to connect from the PCB to the LED controller number board is nowhere to be found, and I doubt you can purchase a replacement from anywhere. Also, the board that contains the Start/Options/Select/Share buttons seems to be faulty. None of those buttons work on PlayStation 4, PS3, or even PC. The cable is connected and seated properly, so it’s definitely the board that has malfunctioned. Is there anyway I can get these parts replaced?
It’s even more of quite the problem, because he imported it from Amazon.co.uk, since he lives in the United States. Would the only option be returning the arcade stick (with the default parts put back into place) to the original seller, waiting weeks for a replacement only to possibly get another similar unit with a missing cable/faulty button board? I’ve already wrote an e-mail to their support address to see what options are available.
@Biggz That’s a great mod! You don’t happen to have the template for the hole cutouts? I’m looking to mod mine into a hitbox as well. Also would it be possible to just straight up wire buttons into the stock pcb?
Sorry to ask. I can’t seem to get this to work on SFV for the PC. Currently on Win 10. Do I need to use JoyToKey or something similar?
I can see that my controller is detected in Windows “Game Controllers” but SFV doesn’t.
Any help would be very appreciated :>

Yes, you need to make it a XInput controller for that shitty game to recognise it.
I stopped using joy2key because it failed to map things that were not on the keyboard… x360ce was nice because it actually mapped the input to an xbox controller rather than simply binding to the keyboard… But recently I’ve been wondering how much input lag that added for me. I’ll review this option… I hope Capcom adds additional input support directly though…
this is a good solution (haven’t tried by myself but well)

As said just above, Xoutput 0.11 works PERFECTLY and doesn’t lag or add any input lag whatsoever, but I do NOT know if it can support MULTIPLE directinput controllers as I don’t have multiple dinput controllers to do a 2 player test with. I have two controllers, but Xoutput will not work with existing Xinput controllers. I think Xoutput has some arrow to let you add more than one controller, so you’re on your own there.
The new DLL drop in replacement “SF5Dinput” does work with one controller and has been said to work with two. Both files are listed in that thread @Torta mentioned.

This is some info I posted elsewhere in these forums, but it is worth being here too

[] £36 for the acrylic from Razorlab.co.uk. You can also use Ponoko.com, I think they’re exactly the same service and can get a price online before you place the order.
[] £7 Zero delay USB board from ebay/china - I only used the wires from this, the pcb is not needed. Picture of these wires are below. You may not need this if you’re able to crimp 2.8mm spade connectors.
[] £1.50 for longer screws - From memory I think I used M5 12mm long.
The zipped file I uploaded to Razorlab can be downloaded from here
There’s a couple of things to be aware of.
[] I used 3mm thick acrylic which the original acrylic is, but the metal plate I replaced is more like 2mm thick. I do not think that matters though, the top isn’t sitting too high, it was just a concern when I ordered it.

The screw holes are maybe a touch too big, if I was to order another i’d i’d take 1mm off the diameter, keeping the same centre spot.
Thankfully neither of these things have turned out to be a problem.
@Fisac, to specifically answer your question, you will need to crimp 2.8mm spade terminals on to the existing wires used for the stock joystick. Or modify a JLF ribbon cable with the same connectors. I was all ready to modify the existing cable when I remembered I bought a Zero Delay USB board from Ebay which came with cables needed.
