Mask pickup is command, cr.hp +2 active frames, u2 1 frame faster, 100 damage off super, super hits on way up, super takes meter on activation, ex rcf down to +2 on hit from 4, bhc hitbox extended “on top of the attack.”

haha while i guessed EX-ST would be gone by the end of this usf4 testing, i didnt think they would remove most of the other meaningfull buffs and keep the EX-RCF nerf.

On the bright side, with cr.hp being better, and the mask not being an auto-pickup, it might be kinda viable to take it off.
At least I would. I dunno if anybody else would be gutsy enough. I feel like the damage is more worth it now that we shouldn’t be getting jumped on left & right.
Wow. I’m super disappointed that cr.lp buff was removed. I blame Zeus for stating it was"almost too easy". I personally don’t have too many issues hitting one frame links but that doesn’t mean I wouldn’t want it made easier if possible. Goodbye pressure game. Vega lost a badly needed offensive tool. Smh
