cvs2, provo, today til saturday, anyone?
I was talkin to ugly duckling last sat., we’re thinkin about this coming saturday about kickin it and playing stuff. I’m not a big CvS2 head, but I enjoy playin it, he lives in salt lake, want to try to hit that up man? :karate:
that might work because my flight leaves 11pm from SLC on sat, so i could hit up the city early and game for a lil

I used this bus service that only charged me 20 bucks from Hill AFB to SLC airport, I don’t know if it was a military discount, but if it wasn’t I’ll post up that number for ya.

Yo, tell Nate if he’s goin to evo, to register online ASAP, online registration ends on the 8th of aug, and then he’ll have to do that shit in person, and a day early + 5 dollars more and blah blah blah. :hcf: :2p:

Slight crisis on my end for Evo. My Evo curse might be kicking in again this year.
My brother is MIA. He was supposed to call and then bring my car down over the weekend, that didn’t happen and I haven’t heard from him since.
Furthermore, everyone I had slated for my carpool has either pulled out of Evo or is mulling it over. As it stands, I’d only be driving to Vegas with Tony, and if he decides not to go, I can’t handle the gas expenses by myself while managing to pay for food, entry fees, and whatever else on top of that.
So, I might not have a car to drive to Evo, and even if I do, I may not have passengers to help cover the gas costs. That would be more than enough to extend my still-haven’t-gone-to-Evo streak through 2005.
I might need a ride. Anyone mind going to bat for me and being my plan B? :sad:
I’ll consider if you can’t find anyone close to ya. If I do help you out, do you think you could find arrangments to meet me at Hill AFB Layton or Ogden? It would be best so I wouldn’t have to drive north then south. As for Nate, last time we talked about evo he mentioned he was thinking about it. But I’m pretty sure he’s going, I’d bet on it. I should of asked him when I was over his place yesterday, silly me. 
Okay, here’s what I can confirm.
As mentioned in the other thread, FUNatics pre-Evo is cancelled. LFU pre-Evo may be postponed a week to 8/6 for a number of reasons.
The LFU pre-Evo lineup may be changed as a result.
Tony’s tournament this weekend at FUNatics (Saturday at 3 PM, SC2/VF4E/T5) is still on as far as I know.
As for Evolution itself, I’ll have a better idea of what I’m doing after I talk to RoninChaos this weekend.
Hey everybody, this is Nate. I just signed up for Evo so I guess I can’t back out now. DarkCatalyst, if you need a ride to Evo I’m sure I can hook you up. Plus it would help with the gas and all.
I’ll be at that pre-evo battle for sure. Someone has to represent the less played characters.

I went to the brickhouse to play CVS2 back in the day. There was always a whole lot of lag though because I was in Germany. I should probable update my xbox live tag on here.
My first live games were guilty gear and cvs2, both laggy as hell.
The dudes we played at your base were lame as hell, whiney and shit, it was hilarious :tup:
