What about Ibuki’s unbeatable b.mp or whatever it is. I literally don’t recall ever stuffing that thing.
Her b.mp loses to divekicks most of the time and some jumpins with great hitbox. It’s her go-to AA, but situational in some matchups. I think she has a pretty good AA game and I would put her in one of the top for AA game. cl.st.hk can be used as anti-crossup. B.mp and cl.hk lead to mixups and if you can’t block it, then she can put you in vortex. Not to mention her EX DP got buffed so that it becomes a viable AA for divekicks or as an autopilot AA. I’ve only seen her EX DP trade with Cammy’s EX Divekick at worst unlike in AE2012 where EX DP is a very risky move against her because it gets stuffed very often.
Don’t forget about Cody’s AA.
Aren’t Ibuki Dudley and Cody back MP totally invincible around the head once active ?
extatsu is pretty universal (except cross up), but there are so many different jump angles and air specials which can be more reliable be beaten with some of the listed normals, so they have their uses…
Hiro thinks that Dictator is top 10 in this game, despite the Honda and Guile matchup(3.5-6.5 and 2-8).Thoughts?

I don’t see how Bison could be top10. He’s average at best. 
I’d put Bison in top 20, top 15 maybe. Top 10 though? Nawww no way, there are definitely 10 characters better than he is on so many levels.

I’m an East Coast player and I can assure you that good Kens are hard to find, Seths are also pretty shitty. I see a lot of good Yun players though, Yun is very popular right now.

Jeron is bad at sf4 and shows extensive lack of matchup knowledge even after playing some matchups for years on end. I’d take anything he said about this game with a grain of salt.
K-Brad believes Bison is top 10 also, and said maybe, but not sure when someone implied top 5. This was a couple of weeks ago though so maybe his opinion has changed.

Ken bot has skill, but needs to some experience. XBL Ken doesn’t any skill whatsoever.
Ken Bot actually just reads the opponents actions and also is constantly buffering DP. For every 5F of walking forward he does 1F crouch block. This means he always has the F-Down-F requirement for a DP buffered 
(Dantarion told me the exact values when I pointed out how I love how he just “glides” across the floor do to the constant crouch blocking)
What Dantarion has done is program him to stay at certain distances or react to moves certain ways. It’s kind of neat. The whole reason he is able to do ANYTHING is because he is reading the current move being used by the opponent. He can’t actually predict though which is a core tenant of footsies
