Fei Cammy and Akuma are definitely still good. I’d argue that Akuma and Cammy may be better. lol
Sagat I’m not sure of. I haven’t really seen the impacts of his changes. Watching NLBC #73 so let’s see what Sanford has.

Dudley is so good. He’s redonk now. Easily one of the characters I’m most afraid of at the moment. Though I’m playing Poison mostly and I guess he buttfucks her.

I’ll have to let the game settle in. It’s a bit doom and gloom in the Gat forum but I think he’s still good. If you’re fireball game was good before it needs a slight tweak but overall I’m still happy with him. His bad matches are still bad though, nothing really changed for him apart from maybe Fei Long and Akuma getting a bit better.
Just a shame about the st.lk, it’s basically unusable. The irony.

Exactly. Sagat players need to stop bending over and accepting the fucking. If we kept bitching and moaning (with good reason) like the players of already super viable underrated characters do (that get uber buffed). I think we’d see some better results. Have you ever heard the ignorant shit people think/say about Sagat? Far too many people have 0 clue when it comes to this character whats so ever. They just keep claiming hes vanilla Sagat (overrated) because they’re ignorant or ass entirely. People seem to think this character is some kind of instant win button, with chain normals, godlike damage,best zoning in the game. So patch after patch we get sprinkled with minute buffs or asinine nerfs when he was realistically a mid tier character in AE2012.

Maybe happy was the wrong word, but he’s not finished and characters like Dudley were not going to get better with the shite buffs. Fireball game’s make up such a small part of this game now, I’m used to controlling space via other means. Low tiger was always one of his more powerful tools in footsie’s with a lot of characters. With the likes of Gouken and Guile, sure they are going to match/beat Sagat in the fireball war but Gat’s got enough in the tank to keep the wall up.
Also, I’m just sick of moaning. If I’m going to spend a little portion of my life on a game, I’m going to try and fucking enjoy it. Been bitching about Gat for too long now, it’s getting old.
With the DP nerfs to im thinking dudley is top 5 or at least top10 ill admit his buffs are insane
Call me stupid, but I think Ibuki is the best character in the game. She has better footsies than Yun/Viper, and still doesn’t give a shit about DWU. I also feel like people will eventually find new unblockables with her as well.
I think Ibuki is near the top too. Yun, Ibuki, Dudley, and E.Ryu feel like they’re near the top in this game. Maybe Juri too. Out of the new characters I think Elena’s the best, but Decapre has potential to be better when people figure out how to play her (she’s the first rushdown/vortex charge character in SF4), Poison and Rolento are somewhere in the middle but Poison is better, and Hugo might be the worst character in the game. Akuma is the most noticeably worse character of the former top tiers but he’s still really really solid and possibly still top tier.

How Ibuki doesn’t give a damn about DWU? I don’t really fight her a ton anymore, nor do I follow her development.
Since day 1 arcade release it was found that Ibuki can do neck breaker and choose to either throw the kunai or not based on if the opponent does DWU. She gets many of the same setups because she can react mid jump to DWU.
