What they really mean is that they don’t have good footsies. She’s no Bison, Vega, etc. but she can be a bastard on the ground game if the person is actually good.
Sakura and Decapre that low? Maybe I’m just fan boying Sakura atm because I never play characters that stun in a couple of seconds. That and her anti dp tech is a godsend online since people do nothing but mash dp, free counter hit into more damage… Stun.
