the last hit won’t hit at max range if you cancel into the move or the other hits are blocked even, but you can space it enough to be safe and thats all that matters. The hits of the move are somewhat spaced out and cause pushback individually.
idk spend 3 minutes in training mode, not that hard
Also “not a great habit”. Who wants meter building, chip, and to reset spacing to where your opponent is scared to hit buttons as you will be in range to whiff punish them/outhitbox them? I mean if you never end your strings in anything you’re probably giving up a 3 digits of damage per round and 2 ex bars.
Being -3 and creating uncertainty after the move is blocked is probably bad though. Not like anyone else does that with a move that doesn’t even true blockstring from his normals.
i like to ex scramble after blocked hands and sometimes that can lose to far range slow buttons, so sometimes if i get stuffed or notice someone hitting those after a blocked hands i will dp after the hands. But i need the read for it.
Ibuki players, at least most of them. Then again a large percentage also think she doesn’t have good footsies and also haven’t invested time into finding DWU setups. They are waiting for the handful of players who share to tech and setups to come up with stuff for them to copy paste into their phones.
Maybe bias because of her unfavorable/terrible matchups?
The omnipresent Dictators, swarm of Yuns 'n Roses… not implying they’re right though, should easily be in a top10, based on the general performance.
[e] Ibuki, Abel & Makoto’s placements were always my favorites.
