Great tournament aside from some sub-par commentary and the stream cutting out during the end of the Nemo/Infil match (although it was kind of hilarious that it happened at that exact moment).
The Nemo/Infil and Tokido/Bonchan matches were hype. Best moment was Bonchan doing wake up focus to absorb Tokido’s aerial attack, into tiger uppercut FADC U1.
Ken is a legitimately bad matchup for her, but she does well vs. the rest. 6-4 or better vs. the other shotos.
Also i believe if Valmaster had punished against Infil correctly he would have won. She should be punishing Decapre DP for 280-350ish damage for 0-1 bars.
That f-word guy was very knowledgeable. More so that any US commentary I’ve heard (behind only Zhi imo).
The other dude was making incorrect calls all the time (like counter hit or not, normals used, etc) and get tossing out the shitty jokes.

As for F-Word, he is definately the best english speaking commentator in Europe. He is also a very strong Ibuki player.

I know it won’t happen, but I really, really wish Daigo would go back to Ryu. I know Evil Ryu’s better, but I’d be lying if I said I didn’t miss his Ryu play.
F-Word is a really good commentator although I swear he mispronounces player names on purpose sometimes. The commentary today was alright but they couldn’t let that joke go with Bonchan calling Tokido a ‘coward’ or whatever and it got realllllly old.
F-word is one of my favourite commentators…the tokido/bonchan rivalry thing was hillarious and I guess they just couldn’t let it go.
One of the best tourneys in a long time, more hype than Final Round. I think the presentation was very good and overall handled a lot better than most E-sports events.
Also, Japan is the best

f-word actually makes a decent amount of mistakes when discussing frame data(which he likes to do) or move properties, but hes actually really knowledgeable about high level matchup psychology, and has a great voice and doesn’t get stuck on things that have long past like a lot of commentators do. He’s also quite funny, and I talked to him at evo2012 a bit and hes a super nice dude.
F word calling them orientals and then singing Blacked-Eyed Peas in engrish made him my favorite commentator.
People at NCR still don’t know you can punish Decapre stomps
Fuck Ibuki, been saying that character is cheap as hell since day 1.
People can’t punish nothing of Decapre. People disagree with me yet they get away with fraudulent shit, even with good players.
It’s the same with Elena’s sweep, people just sit there and let her recover.
Me too, the good thing is the majority of people using her aren’t so good. This game would get even more boring, fast.
Ibuki’s hard to be stable with outside of knockdowns.
