No that’s not the reason. Daigo got hit by Xiaohai’s jumps not because he wasn’t reacting to them, but because Xiaohai reacted/predicted his fireballs and was just willing to take the risk to jump them. Daigo didn’t take that risk to guess Xiaohai’s fireballs.
Xiaohai’s jumps were on point that set.

Sako likes to play skillful characters(Super Cammy, Ibuki, E. Ryu, Elena), Viper is far from skillful, she may take high level execution but not skill.
I would love for some to enlighten me on the errors of my ways in which Viper is a skillful character, without bringing up her execution requirements?
