There is a huge statistical difference between a match being a 6-4 and a 7-3 and saying things like “hard 6-4” just ends up being the same thing.
If 6.5 bothers you so much use a 1-100 scale and say it’s 65 then.

Well considering how most people i know always write matchups as 5-5, 6-4, or 7-3, i just assumed that 6.5 was a typo all around. Ive never seen anybody use a decimal instead. Then again i dont hang around character discussions that much unless i really need the answer to something

edit. i just read the article from loyalsol, good read indeed props to him. The thing is everyone i know uses mu numbers in different ways and such, i´ve never read about WHY is 5-5 and WHAT does 5-5 really means besides the classic “is even”.
FChamp and a Korean Youtube channel called “bbmanbbman” think that atleast Dhalsim loses 1-9 against Hakan. Both are legit, I believe them. “Yeah 9-1 dawg”
