i’d say it’s close to 6-4 (advantage Rufus). DP and / or zoning characters tend to do better against Rufus, and Cody is lacking in both areas, especially defense.
the old tier lists always had it 6-4 Rufus, which i think is about right. The new “Event Hubs community tier list” has it 5-5, but i wouldn’t put much faith in that list because… well, it’s an Event Hubs community list. They probably just looked at the 2012 changes and went “Cody got buffed so it’s 5-5 now”
