If they are actually going through with making edition select online and other feature tweaks then I can wait for a finalized update of the netplay. I like I said before, best to clique up solid players and play privately. Only play openly to scout good players and add them if they aren’t jackasses. Til then I’ll keep moddin’ and trollin’ Rank with various different names associated with EMP.
Well, my new board doesn’t get here until anywhere between 1-3 weeks, so I’m not in any hurry.

Hey, it means something is happening, we should be a little more patient, and we might get some good results for a change.
I’d much rather have a great netcode than gimmicky edition select. Capcom, get your priorities straight-improving the pc netcode should be first on your list. Once that’s resolved then work on the other(useless) things.
The impression I got from Wbacon is they are deciding between releasing just the patch to fix online or rolling it in with other stuff as well.
They don’t seem to be considering the option of releasing the extra content without adressing the network fix as well. (which is what you seem to be suggesting)
So really it does show they are more concerned about the network patch because we get it either way when it/they arrive.
We have been in this mess since June. I dont believe that they are doing anything before the game actually is fixed. People always love to talk about the stuff they **want **to do. And as of now the game is still broken.

You posted that over 24 hours ago, maybe like 36 hours ago, and no one replied. I’m surprised but at the same time not surprised. I think everyone like myself, is tired of announcements of announcements, and tired of hearing the phrase " stay tuned" or anything related to that. I think even Eventhubs posted this news before Wbacon did. I’d rather be left in the dark, then get excited over a new “announcement” that something’s coming “soon” at this rate. Yep, this company will still be number one in the FGC’s eyes sadly, time for me to eat my Capcom doggy treat. Sorry, i’m ranting…

You complain when something doesnt work properly but still kinda works. In USFIV’s it doesnt work at all, ergo a lot of people simply moved on. Hell, I for example know that I wont ever spend a single cent on Capcom products again.
I’m still playing privately…I just got Yatagarasu…so…about to give this a whirl :^)
