Well, that would be a DLC unlocker, so not so much legal he. As for my part, I would be happy with a way to allow alternate costumes without annoying file swapping, but I guess it’s not possible…without buying the DLC :p.
As for my WIP preview, not for tonight, 'cause I’m waiting for the permission of the original authors of most of the art I used/plan to use (going good so far).

Two annoying girls combined into one! The first mod to import outside models that include bone assigments and weights. I used Ibuki’s 2nd costume as a base because I wanted to make use of the skirt bones. The skirt animates surprising well considering the original skirt wasn’t even the same length or shape. Also I calculated tangent vectors of each vertex just by taking the cross product of the xyz position and the ijk normal vector. I doubt this is the right way to do it, but it looks all right. If you know the right way to get the tangent vector, let me know.

also this mod looks like a photo of one of girls i studied with in school ROTFL.
what you can do is make several copies of IBK_01_01.col.emb and IBK_01_01.obj.emm and rename them
IBK_01_03.col.emb, IBK_01_04.col.emb, …, up to IBK_01_10.col.emb
and
IBK_01_03.obj.emm, IBK_01_04.obj.emm, …, up to IBK_01_10.obj.emm
so that it doesnt crash. Dunno if I shouldve done that and included those copies in the zip…I wanted to keep download size down because each emg file is like 5 MB.
i want to use that cvs2 stage. is there a music file for the original cvs2 training stage?
put a readme.txt in archive with instructions so people dont get pwnd. that will be enough

This is ver 2 of my previous mod. I took the eye make up and eyebrows from miss Signoritas gothic bustier mod for chunli and added it to juri. I have also made the black parts of the hair darker.

I re-worked some minor stuff on my Chun Li skin and re-released it. I slightly changed the abs and now all the textures are High Rez. There are four different models available for both SSF4AE and SF4. The differences are displayed at the bottom of the picture below:

Hello HunterK. Thanks for the reply. Allow me to explain and go into a little detail uncovering the method to my madness 
First of all, I hope you take my word for it when I say that I did not intend to come off as a turd, believe me. The thing is, I deliberately made comments in somewhat of an asshole-ish tone, because often times, approaching a problem the “nice” way on messageboards, ends up being futile. I often politely ask questions to people from here and other forums, that would be considered noob questions to others familiar with the topic, and I kid you not, most of the time my questions go completely ignored and unanswered.
A lot of people on forums look down on noobs who are totally unfamiliar with the way somethings related to videogames work. They will either totally ignore you, or reply with a smart ass comment such as “Wow dude, are you seriously asking this question?” or “You mean you don’t know this? LOL fail.” These are the types of replies us noobs have to put up with all the time. If I had asked politely like “Hi guys, can anyone tell me where to place these files? I’m new to this sort of thing” I guarantee you I would have been ignored completely. So instead, I decided to use reverse pyschology and take the A-hole route, because people are more likely to respond to a hostile comment, than to a polite one. It’s sad, but it’s true.
Anyway thanks for updating the original post. I have no doubt it will certainly help a lot of other people here. The mods and your site are great by the way
