I did dumb shit when i was younger. I was arrested at 17 and did the time (16 hours of community service for stealing dvds from a seven-eleven across from my high school). I was caught in my crime and punished according to the law of the country.

I have traveled to several middle eastern countries including Saudi Arabia, and I made damn sure not to break any laws while I was there. Most countries like tourists if you can go there and not be act like a spoiled child. You are projecting what you as a Westerner consider fair onto a country with a completely different values and mores.
