Not to mention Kara throws. Chun-Li’s is probably just as broke as it was in 3rd Strike. I havent tried it yet though. Ken’s actually doesn’t suck this time and has decent range. Guile’s is pretty ass I can tell you. I’ll respect anyone in this game who picks him up. I dunno how I could handle my character from being one of the best in every SF game to being straight up ass. I can’t even do 4 Fierce in this game with him. I dunno if it’s harder or if they took it out.

Its pretty much canceling a normal into a throw so fast that the normal never comes out you here the sound but you only see the throw. Its used to extend your throw range. I dont really know how to do it but i think my boy ryus kara is through HK
It’s where you buffer a throw out of an advancing move to give it tons more range.

Which brings me to this question. How many chairs does PnT have? If we get enough people doing this, I think we should invest in chairs or something to sit on. Keep them in the back until it’s time to play. I’d say 6 chairs max.
Im not sure i think they only have 2 folding chairs in the back but im not sure. Wasnt a problem before because i was the only one on stick there. Yea if it seems that this will become a regular thing which i hope it does, we may need to do so. Well at least 2 per station. Will we really be playing on more than two systems at once?
Im not sure on the tray tables though. I forced myself to learn to play on the lap, at first i needed a coffee table or something to play on, but now i can do both.

Speaking of which, it looks like the SFIV sticks for PS3’s don’t work with PS2 games just yet. WTF…So if anyone wanted to play casuals in those aforementioned games, I may have to bust out the Pelican’s or just use pad. shrugs

If you check the madcatz thread in tech talk that has actually been known for a bit bc games on the ps3 wont work with the stick. They are hoping for a patch from sony for this
Thats what I thought too, but IIRC my FS3 didn’t work with PS2 games and the next patch from Sony fixed it. I could be wrong. Ah well I have a PS2 stick I can use. If not then pad.

We play the 360 version of sf4 so bring your stuff. I usually bring my stick and 6button for others to use but making sure we have at least 2 sticks today would be cool.
