I have been getting the same thing. Almost all of the games I had today so far were either yellow connections, or blue ones, which got stuck on the loading screens, with the only way to get out was to quit the game (hence, the LSOD).
Take note that if your playing on the arcade match, it adds +1 to your disconnect rate. I got 3 DC already just because of this. Stupid LSOD. :sad:

Yeah, VF5 for 360. From what I heard, it has amazing online play.
Honestly man, I’ve played only blue bar matches so far and they’ve been horrible.
I’m not one to complain about connections, but really…it’s been horrendous. Small jumping, confirming BnB much less supers, and avoiding/AA the most obvious jump attacks is a freaking crap shoot.
Everything I was worried about with BlazBlue’s online (which has been wonderful) has come true for KOF12.
I’m not hating on it, on KOF, or SNKP or whatever…
I’ve a got reliable internet connection and play fighters frequently online. The patch did nothing to help.
For anyone wondering, it’s just unplayable in competitive ways for now.
Every time I try and play a blue bar connection it freezes at the loading screen before select noo characturr.
Just reading online, I see the usual mix of reviews. Regardless, I think you guys are missing my point.
Online-less VF5 for PS3 still sold more than half a million copies worldwide.

Just to play Devil’s Advocate here, the PS3 version with no online was a launch title for the PS3, when there wasn’t much else to buy on the system (it was certainly highly praised by critics as well).
It also had a fair amount of offline content that could be completed alone, so again SNK could have benefitted from this.
not just arcade but in player matches as well. im up to 4 d/c because of nothing but issues with the game.
last time i ever buy a snk/ignition game…i never buy games w/o reading reviews but i went ahead and got this and got shitted on

with the actual situation with the netcode, its more probable that they would think that its online problems
That must be 360 only, cause I’ve never seen green bars. Red, Yellow and Blue on ps3 is all I’ve seen.
For some reason if a blue joins your room, you’ll get “NOW LOADING” for like ten fucking minutes before getting booted back to your room, I’ve only been playing yellows.
MGO_Count, I really doubt anyone will even see your disconnect rate, they’d have to goto profile, then shimmy over to your name, THEN goto the second page. You could’ve been through an entire match before reading someone’s whole profile. (I got 4 disconnects >_>)
FANTASTIC. I was beating on someone and the game loses synch and now I have four disconnects after about 100 matches. FANTASTIC SNK. Why would someone disconnect when they had the person beat 2 to 1 and on their way to destroy their third character?
You should advise them to patch it in the facebook discussion or one of the threads they’re keeping track of.
I played a good many matches last night…none were horrible, but it mostly felt like I was under water the whole time. I believe all the connections were yellow.
I guess its gonna be MvC2 for a while till this get patched up…

I have been playing matches with yellow connections and they “seemed” a little better. rare to find blue connections but they lag like a snail going uphill. SNK also needs to fix Chin’s and Athena’s infinite & the Raiden glitch.
