lol its hard to say, there are a lot of good arcades(safari in ikebukuro, shinjuku sportsland in shibuya etc) in tokyo… it helps if you have a phone since you can check where they at… you should check out yokohama’s seven islands.

for a short study for nihongo within my 90days visa limits as a tourist . yea i’ll probably go shibuya for free play soon . its gonna cut my spendings for arcades by a whole lot
trf has freeplay nearly everyday, from 12 noon till 4pm. lol
went down to sportsland just now , was gonna go HMV but decided to take a look at around 1pm . only 1 guy spotted at sf4 cabins . BB was crowded though
I usually only go to Shibuya Sportsland on the freeplay night because their cabs are the old CRT ones. I prefer the Namco in the basement of the Bic Camera out the Shibuya East exit. They only have 2 machines, but 2 credits for 100 yen best 3/5. Usually on regular nights there are some pretty good people hanging around there (20k ~ 30k.)
