Which is funny because Akira’s favorite characters are Vegita, Gohan and Piccolo. Post-Cell Saga was supposed to be Gohan “coming of age” or whatever but fans wanted more of Goku. So he had to come up with ways to make Gohan relevant (like the mystic bullshit)
A few shit-bombs:
-I never liked Frank Quitely’s art style… it always surprised me to hear people saying good things about it here. There is one picture in particular of Wolverine he did that is one of the worst pictures of the character. Ah, actually it’s on the first row of results right here.
-…and speaking of style–>One Piece is atrocious, visually speaking. I’m not sure how people get over how ugly it is to even begin caring about the goofball stupid-looking characters and story. It might actually be the ugliest popular anime I’ve ever seen. It is obscene.
-I am apparently the one and only black person that doesn’t like Al Green songs…something about the way his voice, along with the rest of the sounds that make up his music…it’s like the musical equivalent of some old turnip greens a chit’lins that started going rotten several years ago in the back of the fridge.
-As long as the Transformers are designed to look like living piles of barely recognizable junk and scrap metal, I will never give even the slightest shit about those movies.
-I was apparently one of the few people that enjoyed the recent Dracula tv series. (Yep, it’s canceled; no 2nd season.)
-Shakira is best seen and not heard. I can’t stand her “singing” at all…the shit sounds like a wounded animal trying to yodel. “MUTE” button is a godsend whenever one of her performances is on your tv for any reason. Please, Shaki, stop singing…just shut up and shake that sweet ass, baby.

I played the 4th gen pokemon. It was cool. I just haven’t been keeping up with pokemon since I don’t watch it so idk about fhe news ones and im not finna look at no pokedex site to learn. But I will catch up on the series of games.
Also Zebrahead is one lf the best bands in history. Waste of Mind album is a fucking classic
Eminem very slowly got worse each album he released. Infinite is his pinnacle album in my eyes, he has yet to match that quality.
I would say his first 3 albums(not including infinite) are very different and had a clear theme. I wouldn’t say he got worse in that period. But Encore and Relaspe are megatrash. Recovery and what I heard of MMLP2 aren’t lyrically bad. But its their overall sound.
Em will always bring lyrics its just the sound of the music which is why I feel very polarized and conflicted about his post encore shit

Transformers Armada had my favorite designs out of all the different series. A shame that show was bogged down by humans who don’t do shit and some truly awkward writing.

MLP is a good show, but its fanbase is atrocious. Same goes for Dragon Ball Z.
There are a lot of good CG shows and movies, but I still can’t stand it overall. Prefer traditional animation.
Not a fan of the art style for Sailor Moon Crystal and the manga.
I believe in moderation here. Fairy Tail is the kind of manga that does this at the worst possible moments.
Teen Titans (animated) is mostly boring and the face designs for most characters are horrible (except for Robin). Teen Titans Go is hilarious and is only hated because people can’t take their nostalgia glasses off.
The new TMNT movie actually looks interesting.
Lyrical music is far too popular. I believe great music speaks its message without having to explicitly say it.

One Piece, Naruto, Bleach and Fair Tail are all grossly overrated and probably aren’t worth your time.
At best, they are ok “gateway drugs”
As much as Kanye West is an egotistical asshole, he creates pretty good music. His best albums IMO are My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy and Last Registration.

I think it gets that status because it couldve set the bottom line standard for english dub voice acting. The only problem is that nobody followed suit. English Soul Eater rapes my ear holes. I’m not even on a side of dubs vs subs but god damn it is hard to understand people coming from the dubs side of the room.
We don’t like to read and a lot more situations make more sense with the people speaking English.
There’s some shit dubs out there, not even gonna debate that.
