-I liked Sonic 2006
-I loved Sonic Heroes to death
-Sonic CD was freaking slow trash
-I hate FPS games, they are all so over rated
-I liked Persona 4 better than Persona 3
-I didn’t like Kingdom Hearts 1 very much
-Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories isn’t that bad
-Speaking of KH, Xion is freaking adorable and she’s not a Mary Sue just because she gets in the way of your gay pairings (AxelRoxas, that’s right KH fujoshis, I’m talking to you)
-Byakuya Togami is a POS asshole and I really could care less if it’s because of his back story so f off fangirls
-The Leon Kuwata X Sayaka Maizono ship is freaking stupid
-I hate Nagito Komaeda irdgaf
-Consequently, KomaHina is a dumb pairing in my eyes
-I liked Apollo Justice as a character more than Phoenix Wright for unknown reasons
-Give Vergil buffs in UMVC3 lol, just kidding
-I don’t care, I hate Item Synthesizing in any RPG, farming materials is so tedious
-Animal Crossing honestly seems really boring
I’ll probably post more if I remember anymore, lol
I don’t think you’ve played Tales of Graces f. Dualizing is awesome. Correct me if I’m wrong though.
I really liked Sunshine’s special stages (the one’s without the waterpack). I actually think Nintendo should find a way to bring back the waterpack though. FLUDD was a good idea.
Now I played RB2 A LOT online and off…And I also played RBS a lot as well.
RB2 pretty much killed RBS in terms of being a legit game to play competitively. Sure, it took out a lot of the more visually stunning things about FF such ass Geese’s and Mary’s ICE PILLAR OF GOD graphic on their moves, but it took out really silly shit that made RBS frustrating on a competitive level such as Sokaku murdering anything in the air or the excessive pushback on block to ensure that things won’t get punished, leading to spamming and frame trapping from hell.
RB2 is vastly underrated. It addressed the issues that people had with the first two RB games while giving players who came from SF something familiar to latch on to.
And Fatal Fury’s background system is what really set it apart from SF. It was only right that they kept it for so long while making it better in the long run.
But on to some killer shit. 3s is fucking horrible if you want to learn how to play FGs in general.
I don’t think Sonic CD was meant to be fast. CD came across to me as an exploration game; traveling back and forth through time trying to find that device that caused a bad future. I loved that about CD because there were many hidden passages in this game than in 1-3. And it felt very satisfying to be able to explore the good futures of the zones. The beautiful backgrounds with the serene, calming music that let you know you’ve done a good job; I just think Sonic CD was a brilliant game.
Among people who don’t play past 2, which is the majority of the crowd that it grabbed from SF2, this really isn’t unpopular.
Unpopular is when I say that Tenka is probably the best SamSho. So diverse, so many characters, so many different spirits to experiment with on all of them, and it was pretty close in tiers despite the Amakusa/Mina stories.
Music was ass though outside of the river stage and THE FUCKING WHITE HOUSE.
I played up through 5, I just never liked the rest as well. I should try Tenka, though, I was all about Samurai Shodown back in the day, no sense in not trying it.
SSVS Samurai Spirts V Special - is the best in the SS series. 2 is cool, but V Special is better because of the faster pace. 2 is a slow game, while good, is still slow.
RB2 is my favoirtie SNK fighter. The others are MotW, SSVS, and SS2. I like the KOF games, but as personal preferance I prefer the aforementioned games in SNK’s fighter library due to using one character.
Tenka probably should be in it’s own tier. Either you hate it or you love it. If you can get past the music and no blood like the rest of the adults have, you can easily find a very immersive game.
Tried to play MGS on PS1, found it boring and never played until I bought a PS3 and downloaded the demo for MGS4 (I didn’t have any game then, so I was trying demos) and after 3 hours of CGs and expositions I deleted the demo.
I heard that the game has more CGs, dialogues and expositions…
Someone said that Kojima should team up with the guys from Quantic Dream (Heavy Rain, Beyond: Two Souls) and just make a movie and leave us gamers alone.
Sadly, making a movie didn’t work out for Square… they keep making horrible RPGs filled with long and boring CGs.
The last Final Fantasy was VIII, anything after that is trash
Ni No Kuni is THE best JRPG of the past decade, hands down.
Never understood the fuss about mgs, i sort of enjoyed 3, but all in all i just think it’s a bunch of pretentious convoluted bollocks
Shit i played 4 i even brought 4 off the basis i enjoyed 3 somewhat and honestly i cannot remember if i finished it, in fact i can’t really remember anything about it, apart from snake being oldish.
That’s how memorable the game was
Otogi 2 is the best game since 2004
Asterix on the master system is the greatest platform game i’ve ever played bar NONE
