So now that we have an official date, can we get an official rule list or something like that?

yeah, and game lineup too.

All of this will come as soon as I can confirm that I can get Soul Calibur 2 on freeplay.

that’s what ucb is all about…

hey chicken,

for TTT the UCD team has a total of 4 players ready to go, but one member is not an official student but a regular of the arcade. could he still be part of my team.

I’m still deciding on whether or not TTT should have 3-man or 4-man teams, but e-mail me his name, age, and residence to me for now.

bihn: so enough people enter and if machine can be put on freeplay, you’ll have it?

i think you gotta put some limits pretty soon…

it’s barely 3 weeks away, and i’m sure application+qualifiers will take some time…

Everything’s final (and on the first post) now. I decided to limit TTT and SC2 to three players, because we’re still “testing” these games for UB. Since we have two UBs per year, maybe we’ll end up rotating games (A3 as a side game to replace TTT next time?).

What does SF state have to do to register for the SC2 tourney? Also, we might not have have an actual lineup until the final hours of the 28th seeing as how our qualifier isn’t happening until the 28th.

Sorry about double posting but it has been brought to my attention that regulars and alumni have to be cleared. We are still deciding on our team. Rushdown, a regular at SF state, will probably be on the team. Chicken, should Rushdown and/or any other potential team members e-mail any information to you or should we wait until the final team should be decided? Although, SC2 is a side tourney, we are sorry for any inconvience. The tourney has been stepped up to avoid the Feb28th deadline.

Most likely the tournament for sc2 will almost be only just sfsu vs sjsu. UCB has not posted anything about but besides srayer, even on sc.com, unless they pop up out of nowhere and post.

If it’s just going to be us two vs each other, the team limit might as well be larger since everyone can participate instead of doing this stupid “qualifier’s” tourney that sfsu is doing.

Hope you can consider this, chicken, thanks.

Rushdown does make a good case. There are a lot of good sc2 players, Rushdown prolly being the best. It would be cooif he can participate since he’s done a lot for the sc2 seen at sfsu.

As far as CvS2 is concerned we’ll be sending the same team from last semester.

kyohiryu - thanks. I think the main thing is now is to hope that the team limit will be enlarged, because to me it seems SC2 is still popular than TTT, and so that there won’t be controversy over this stupid qualifiers thing. (will hopefully not anymore anyways).

Okay okay, I definitely underestimated y’all. SC2 has been upped to 4 player teams.

Don’t count UCB out, though.

For questions about regulars/alumni, e-mail me with their/your name, age, location, as well as the games he’s/you’re interested in, how long you’ve been frequenting the school’s arcade, how often, and rank (if applicable).

thanks chicken, you’re the best!

Hey chicken,

u have not got back to me yet.

check your pms please.

:’(

Yes our third member does come at least a week and plays. So cool our team is set up, for TTT.
