GGXX: 2 victories out of 8.
All of the Tag players were great. I wish I could have seen all the matches but I had to get owned on GGXX.
I don’t know anything about GGXX but all of the Davis and Berkeley players seem to pretty good and it was fun to see so many different characters being used. Btw Dave, out of all of the games to play well you would choose GGXX and you had to own me with May:bluu:. Testament should be stronger. Testament should not be the Simpsons’, one punch from Homer and he is dead, grim reaper.
This semester’s UB was a lot of fun, too bad I had to work six hours in the morning before I came. Waking up at 5am is NOT fun. I’m still traumatized from last semester by eric’s RC blanka.
I have returned from hibernation. First time playing arcade games in almost a year. Thats what graduation does to you. I was amazed at a potemkim comobo that does about 3/4 life. ouch. I was amazed that tim the man won a match. I was amazed how loud/crazy the 3d fighting crowd is. They take that seriously. Shaking cabinet can happen if you are trying to mash out of an infinite. If i was caught in infinite, I would try my hardest to shake out. Dunno about anyone else tho:P Maybe im just old skool.

there are time and place for it. sure, i don’t blame anyone for trying to mash out of something you can. ex. hypergrav xx tempest.
yet, i don’t see anyone shake the entire arcade cabinet trying to get out of magneto/ironman infinites… it’s not even possible.
same with slayer until you get to corner… until then, there is nothing you can do other then hope for the other person fucks up. shaking the entire cabinet is like spitting in their faces. might as well. i litterally had to find my buttons cause it wasn’t in the same place last time i pressed it.
oh well, it’s all good. i know it’s not intentional or anything, but it’s something that can be controlled at least.
maybe it’s just me cause i’m a little whiny bitch. :’(
i still had fun, and fun is ultimately the only reason to play… so everything is cool and dandy. ^^

My team Capcom Pink didn’t get shut out in MvC2, and that’s a moral victory. Thanks to Chris for not perfecting me, even though he tried so hard. I mean, that never happened…
Good games to all of y’all in SFSU for CVS2. Sharing the Chinese food was good times, and playing against you all (I think it was Grooves-CANK in reverse) was tight. Hope to see and play against youse guys in the future.

Keith loves the awesome scrub counter hit+4 combo in TTT, with Netsu. 20412% damage. He still poonted my team to high hell. LB needs to stop playing with himself on the street, though LB > Opera. Crazy Cvs2 match against Tae, to the wire stuff is too much nerve-wracking goodness. Nuff said, except we shall meet again at Berkeley Weekly/Davis Monthly.
Best Side-Moment of the day: Seeing a white kidnapper van (van with no windows on the sides and such), advertising Party Balloons and such. Yea right. Oh yea, and the Wacky Adventures of Driving Ryan.

I go to UCSC and was attempting to organize a phat ass tourney there. I have a Japanese Saturn and a chipped (for imports) DC with a MAS stick and ASCII stick and all the standard fighters. If anyone in the area is interested contact me.
