I’m way, way out of the loop, but if SJSU’s SC2 team doesn’t have a 4th player yet, I’m officially announcing my nomination. 
As for SJSU’s non-presence at UB this weekend, I’m blaming incompatible schedules. A lot of our players have midterms both this and next week and don’t want to get distracted, I’m guessing. Not to mention that the regulars barely ever show up at the arcade at the same time anymore.
Stupid budget cuts.
Anyway, good luck to everyone this Saturday. Should be a fun event.

we’ll definitely miss you guys not being there this semester. Last semester was coo with you guys and I think had the most fun playing against San Jose in both CVS and GGXX… Probably cuz I play Davis guys frequently but guys, hardly… Hope you guys can make it out next semester…

i wanted hotpot at first, but now it doesn’t really matter to me anymore. for people who don’t want to drive, here are some local places (like 5 mins from bearcade):
blondies - pizza (good shit)
gypsies - italian/gypsy food
la burrita - chinese (oops i mean mexican…)
mario’s - mexican (i guess some italian guy runs this place…)
orchid - chinese (~$5, good portions)
the asian ghetto - has about 5-6 different asian places (thai, korean, chinese, japanese, donuts…)
ib’s - sandwiches and fries
??? - some pita place (never been here…)
??? - some boba place
all of these places are literally seconds away from each other. there are a lot more places around berkeley, but these are the ones closest to the bearcade side of campus.
or we can just go hotpot…

I don’ think anyone from sfsu will be driving, so if we could all go to a place near the bearcade that would be tite. I don’t want it to be like last semester where everyone went there separate ways. Some bonding afterwards would be tite.

Abby, and to anyone else who’s doing this:
Please take the University Battle a little more seriously next time. I can understand being a little past the deadline in figuring out if you can even get four people or not. But posting up random names about 3 days after the deadline, not even knowing who the fourth person is, PMing me when I specifically asked not to be PMed, and everything else is beginning to get cumbersome.
Please avoid this type of conduct in organizing the next University Battle. I’d like to see this event get bigger with more people entering, but this isn’t the first time you pulled this stunt.
