I hope there is some of clocks mm matches, Yipes & spooky was saying he went crazy with strider in a lot of them.
After spending an hour trying to figure it out. I’m not entirely sure what causes it now( and it’s extremely difficult to recreate). But there’s a mechanic in Marvel 3 that will occasionally cause the game to hold an entire string of inputs in the input buffer when you super rather than just one input.
Essentially, you get a problem similar to the “glitch” that killed ChrisG, only with an entire QCF motion saved, which means pressing any two buttons simultaneously or near simultaneously (because for some dumb reason Marvel 3 counts consecutive inputs as simultaneous inputs) will cause you to DHC. Obviously this is most noticeable with mashable hypers. It was much easier to replicate in Vanilla though. ( even though it only effected Haggar in that game )

Spooky will be streaming the showmatches on Saturday but I think it’s going to be on SRKLive’s channel. No idea about Bar Fights, that’d be crazy to fly to the West then stream an event the very next day but if anyone could pull it off it’s gotta be Spooky.
DJ is the best, get him a show already where he can turn his page long posts into episodes.

Hey it’s the fighting game community, we got mix-ups.
Well CC Live is tonight, that might help clear things up.
I’m thinking Jago over Mike Ross. Combofiend over Marn. Viscant over Floe. Fanatiq over Clockwork. Dunno on those last two guys.
Mike Ross and Floe don’t have the same investment in the game like their opponents do. Jago probably has 4-5x the amount of Ultimate played as Mike. Floe probably only plays Ultimate when he’s forced to.
Combofiend is ridiculous, and I’m thinking Fanatiq over Clockwork but it could easily go the other way too.

I don’t know, I think floe might actually beat viscant, he was looking extremely solid when I saw him play at the super dojo event, plus he has a team, viscant does not yet. I think that would really play a big part as well.
Clock vs fanatiq, I wanna see clock win, but he hasn’t been looking too clean in recent weeks so Imma go with fanatiq.
Dios x vs noel brown, Im not entirely sure on this one, but I think dios might have it for no other reason than because he plays a keep away team and I think noels entire team struggle against proper keep away

Mike ross vs jago, jago, by a land slide, mikes my boy and hes a beast at sf 4, but dude just ain’t rocking it at mvc 3. Plus jagos teams are exceptionally cheap, mikes is not.
