You’re right Yoshi I have no idea how smart he is as a person based on what he shows in his Marvel play lol
PS: by the Transitive Law of Fighting Games, I lost to Huoshen at Summer Jam, who then lost to Josh Wong the next round, who would later lose to Maxout at the Break last night. Therefore, Maxout > me
Honestly I think what happens is people get all worked up on the optimal shit then some dunce walks up doing year 1 derp and everyone loses their minds.
it is painful to watch actual good players fall victim to “I can’t believe this guy is is actually playing like this”
maxout does so much insanely unsafe stuff that goes unpunished just because you give him credit for just a second, only for him to go and do another stupid raw tag, raw berserker charger, more dive kicks, or knee drops when he has a lvl4 frank
the moral of the story is never forget he plays like a fucking retard and will never hange
I’ve always wondered why they aren’t used more often as well if they’re supposed to be better. I started off learning them but when back to the old way because I was more comfortable.
I’ve just gotten them consistent and I still feel they are much more difficult for little gain. The old lightning loop kills anyone from a good confirm anyway so it’s rare that they make a significant difference.
